It could be the difference between us finishing 1st and 3rd.

For example if the director says "We must sign this player", then the assistant director says "yes, this is a player we must sign", it would get confusing for the person going out to sign the player. The order of the words are different but they are saying the same thing so he might mix up the words when listening back in his head. The assistant should just stay quiet and maybe write text messages to the director and not try and be an additional cluttering voice in the direction of the club. This is why we need rid of the Glazers.
