As per the OP I have no idea whether or not any of the possible appointees will be good or not but I do like that seems to be a direction and drive attached to it, forward thinking and planning in action perhaps?

Given his experience with academies you’d think he’ll work closely with our director of academy Nick Cox, to plan pathways to the first team. Good news as they always say two Cox are better than one.

I dont believe a pathway from academy to senior squads is an issue for us when you look at Fosom, Kampala, Mainoo and Garnachos.progression.

I'm wondering if he's been recommended by Omar Berrada.
