I honestly thought he would be an epic flop but he has scored some crucial goals.

Overall play can still improve but he is getting better and better

What has Jorgy got to do with this?

Started the season not sure how he'd fit into the first XI, and now I'd think the team would seem weaker without him.

He's loving his football right now.

Starting to pay back that £65m for sure, and our best option through the middle now.

He was a midfield flop but doing business as a target man

Still needs to completely convince me but he has improved markedly as the season unfolds.

Nice to see him enjoying a purple patch after all the abuse he had to endure.

Leaving rotten eggs on armchair managers faces as per usual... they never learn 🤣

That's the second time this season he's come up with a late winner. Rice has won us 2 games in injury time too. Well spend £170M I say

Just from the two Brentford games, he alone has earned us 6 points. That’s incredible given how much of a poverty player he was at Chelsea and has been for a large period of season. But I will say this, Havertz has grown in confidence, at the start he was very timid on the ball. But now his on ball is better (still a lot to work on) but more impressive is his off the ball movement and his physical presence.

I was one of the people that never understood the signing of Havertz and I was critical of it. I hold my hand up and admit I was wrong. Now I still don't know what his best position is to be honest and still do feel we can do better but he is scoring a lot and assisting and playing pretty well. Let's hope he can keep this up for the rest of the season.

Certainly flopped today, to the ground that is. Horrendous dive.

Not as bad as Salah and Jota that do it consistently.

Nope, Havertz's was actually embarrassing. Sometimes Salah and Jota may go down easily, but there was nobody near Havertz.

When was the last time Salah dived?. Havetz remember him also diving against Liverpool

He was bound to score a few in this arsenal team. Still think had u bought a striker instead you’d be a few points clear at the top of the table. Scoring a free header from 3 yards after a poor game shouldn’t change that

He didn’t have a ‘poor game’ though…

Havertz will always miss chances due to his poor/inconsistent technique. But he's actually very good at everything else (all the things that don't involve kicking a football )

I and many others on your own match thread seemed to think so.

Rather arsenal win the league than Liverpool or city ….hurts to write that but true for me

Havertz was lucky he was still on the pitch to score the winner though …..should have had a 2nd yellow for the dive

Arsenal probably should have had a penalty when trossard got pulled back though

posted on 10/3/24

Havertz was unlucky to get the first yellow, so no ref was ever going to send him off unless it was a clear dive, and that was only seen by 2 replays and VAR.

Arsenal were denied 3 pens because Tierney didn't want focus on him for a second week.

I expect an apology coming from Pgmol.
