The creation of blocks of terraces within the large terraces, along with the realignment of improved barriers could have created safer terraces to stop any surge and crushing effect.

I would like to see terreaces again. The atmosphere would improve no end. As long as it's safe, no problem, unless of course if like Benny sugests, you bseat is in jeperdy and you don't want to stand up.
