The Clement love-in can continue for another couple of weeks.

Which you’ll now get the chance to do at a later date … with players rested, players back, and on a better, less heavy pitch. Seriously think that doesn’t suit/help your team? BTW, I’ve seen games played on FAR worse looking pitches, judging by the pictures on Sky just now.

This is great stuff.

I’ve seen Rangers fans complaining this is a conspiracy against us because we will be made to play midweek ahead of the OF game now.

And Celtic fans saying it’s suspicious because we are clearly knackered and short of bodies right now.

It cannae be both!😳

Personally I am not gutted the game is off. I expected us to win and I would rather have the points in the bag ahead of the break. BUT….a heavy slippy pitch with tired legs is just more injuries waiting to happen.

Sima doesn’t seem far away. McCausland, Matondo, Cantwell and Raskin can all build up their match fitness and guys like Diomande and Lundstram can have a well earned rest.

What I don't understand is why they couldn't just push back the kick off by an hour or two to give them time to get the pitch ready. Dundee saying it would have been fine if it hadn't been an early kickoff. If it's for TV reasons then that's a riddy.

It's fine I mean it's not like we have any more european games to take up a midweek slot.

Possibly a good thing gives the team time to rest and recover, maybe a few more bodies will come back from injury.

Oh well. Off to Glasgow instead. Anyone going to the pub?
