Backing Brendan Bodgers just doesn't stop giving but at least the Cvnt is someone else's headache now.

Tell me about it! The busted flush certainly hasn’t got any better since returning North. Good luck for the rest of the season though. Oddly enough, Maresca seemed to be on our shortlist pre-Ange, altho I’m aware his “style” isn't exactly universally popular with you guys.
Makes you wonder if the drop in form isn't part of a master plan,,,
Dont get promoted, avoid Premier league points deduction and a season struggling,,,
lose /sell players /clearout wage reduction,,
Get efl points deduction 6??
Win championship next season
🤔😊😳
So Rudkin, Whelan and Top are blameless in this sorry tale of financial and footballing mismanagement? It's all Brendan's fault? Have you access to the results of the secret review of last season's relegation perchance?

I didn't say they were blameless at all, obviously someone in the Club is to blame for backing the Cvnt so religiously without being able to see what he was doing to the Club.
So many mistakes made and in the Premier League even small mistakes can be disastrous but they're damned if they did and damned if they hadn't, if they didn't back Rodgers it's be said they let him and the Club down, little did they realise what a Cancer he was unlike some of us calling him out for nearly 18 months before they woke up from his spell cast over them.

In some ways that could be a blessing, remember the play off with Watford and how disastrous that seemed at the time, another Season and promotion took us to the Miracle Season,
Sounds nice but the Financial Pressure would be immense and a danger we need to try and avoid this Season.
Likely the next set of accounts will show a profit and we can start getting back on an even keel.
Rodgers, Rudkin and the club are all responsible here. Rodgers for requesting us to spend beyond our means to back his ego and the need to stay in Europe every season to justify it. The club for backing him and going away from our policy of sustainable growth, and the club for not acting quicker to correct the mess up once it happened.
Ultimate the club employed and backed Rodgers and his stupid plan and it’s they therefore that have to take responsibility.
Frustrating but all we’ve got to hope for right now is that we can get up this season so this doesn’t unravel and turn into a 10 year rebuild rather than 2.
Bit of a mess if we mess up promotion this year.
Crazy how badly you’ve been run since Vichai died.
His son’s made a real mess of the legacy he left him with Leicester.
Not seen much of your games this season but saw your game against Leeds recently, where I think you should have won. You were miles clear, how has it all unravelled in the league so quickly?
Two Top 5 Finishes and an FA Cup
Just paying the piper now though.
True, but it shouldn’t have ended up this way given the way the club used to be run.
Fine margins and blinkered thinking cost them big time.
Tielemans being dog tird and the mis management of him refusing to sign a contract wrecked the 'sell em big' scheme we had working so well.
Then we had players discarded by the Cvnt in charge who blamed everyone but himself making them unsellable and the house of cards collapsed as their contracts ran down, Soyuncu being the biggest sign of this.
Yeah they made a real misstep with the contracts they handed out. I think they got a bit carried away with competing at the higher end of the table, which is kind of understandable, but when you didn’t have the revenues to consistently compete with the big boys it looks like a daft decision. Shame as I’ve a soft spot for Leicester since they got promoted, and because Arro is a legend.
It’s all Brenda’s fault. The guy sold the board a dream and they bought it. He’s one of the biggest conmen in football.
Getting serious now, EFL having a go as well and Leicester taking Legal proceedings against both Leagues.
Will little old Leicester beat the big boys again at their own game?
The Club further notes that at 4pm today the EFL issued a public notification that LCFC has been placed under a registration embargo pursuant to its P&S rules. The EFL is aware that LCFC has disputed the EFL’s entitlement to impose this constraint, which is both restrictive and premature, with more than a quarter of the Club’s 2023/24 reporting period remaining.
Sounds like the EFL have been encouraged to do something now the EPL have charged us.
We normally post our Accounts early March but this Year have delayed them to the End of March, playing games with the Leagues or delaying the inevitable.
As far as Leagues go, not sure they always have their Ts crossed and Is dotted so to speak and their could be legal issues with their actions.
At the end of the day though we need to take our punishment if it's due and move on.

Sure but it's a dumb move to try the legal squirming route when it's likely to end up with a harsher punishment
The Club seem pretty sure of their Legal standing, it looks like it’s more about the Timing of the Leagues actions not necessarily squirming out of the actual default.
They are squirming legally whatever their justification, it means we are highly unlikely to get any mitigation applied if we end up with a points deduction - which was reported to have reduced Forest's initial punishment of 6 points to 4 for their 'cooperation'.

Not the same issues, they’ve charged us in advance of our accounts being published, that is the issue and they seem to think we are under the same obligation as Premier League Clubs to have provided them by December 31, we are not because we are not a Premier Club and they changed the rules after we left the Premier League.
We’re not arguing innocence, just the legalities of the charges and that shouldn’t have any bearing on the independent commission.
The EFL have also already proven to be wrong, the reporting Season for them isn’t even here yet as the Club pointed out.
