And final thought, one of worst decisions I've ever seen, to call that cross out when it was a foot or so still in play, how are these officials officials?

Enjoyed this season far more without it.
Don’t care what Championship decide going forward, we’re gonna have to get used to it again anyway in the Premier League next year. Just really not looking forward to it. Would scrap it all across football right now, but ain’t ever gonna happen.
Gnonto and Roberts out for 3 fcking weeks!!
Farke confirmed.
Expected a disjointed display and got it. Draw was a fair result in the end. Probably the hardest game left for us, think we'd have beaten them had we played them without a 2 week break. Rodon was terrific and was arguably our best player. Joseph should have come on a bit earlier for Bamford imo. All to play for still
Shaun, I reckon Hull will be tough.
I don't want to tempt fate but I just have a feeling Mondays opponents Hull won't cause us half the headaches Watford did tonight and you could hear in Farke's voice the relief in getting out of jail with a point so okay it wasn't an easy watch for us tonight but under the circumstances involved with the annoying International break like Shaun has said I too sense this will prove to be our hardest game of the runin.
It’s not just the opponent at this stage of the season it’s the pressure. We could go into the game 4 points behind Ipswich and 2 behind Leicester in third position.
I’d rather be playing first tbh

True but equally we could be still in 2nd and just a point behind Ipswich but who knows it's a crazy season this year and whoever finishes 3rd will be very unlucky to miss out when usually with 90 plus points you'd be guaranteed automatic promotion.
Anyway if the wheels are meant to fall off they will and there's not a lot we can do to stop it as I remember thinking in Bielsa's first season things were well on course and then we lost to Wigan at home over Easter I think it was so if we can avert a similar fate on Monday I
still remain optimistic and although Hull will be a test I'm
going for us to edge it.
Then it's Coventry away who will be just as tough but
they must have their minds on their FA cup Wembley semi which none of their players will want to risk injury missing so a fraction off it for them can favour Leeds with at least a point and then 2 big home games against Sunderland and Blackburn and 6 points should by my calculations give us 93 points from 43 games and we're almost there but it ain't half stressful I must admit it's tortorous sometimes but the pay off of automatic promotion will be well worth the extra grey hairs.
I don't know how you thought Coops was ok, Jonty. I thought he was allowing space to the Watford players to compensate for his lack of pace. He looked exhausted after half an hour.
Also, I think we have to give credit to Watford who, especially in the first half, were really positive and skillful. They deserved to go in 2-1 up at half time, but we showed great character in the second half. This team is not giving up and we shouldn't either.
We looked tired tonight which isn't surprising given what some have played over the international break
We did look better when Ampadu moved back to cb so i hope he starts there v Hull
First half was awful. We lost the winning balanced team of 2024 and really struggled for the entire half.
Probably only Summerville earned his wages that first half it was that bad. Could easily have taken any of 10 players off.
Cooper was atrocious for both goals. The first one he ran into his own net. Had he stopped to defend the 6 yard box he would have been there to stop the volley. The second goal he fails to win the header, falls on the floor then put his hand up for offside?despite there been about 3 white shirts behind him? To his credit he got back into a decent defensive position and I think Rodon as the deeper of the two should have been slightly to his right to defend against the left footed dennis - he knew it too - angry with himself as soon as goal went in.
Second half much improved but largely due to Watfords change of tactics to sit back. Maybe they are unfit?. Thought the subs were left to late. Had called for Joseph around 70 min walk with Bamford struggling to be involved.
In the end we got the draw which could turn out to be precious point. We have to try and understand the issues we have had in terms of injuries, travel, no training, managing the fatigue and disappointment etc
Moving on to Hull we must revert back to Rodon-Ampadu at the back. Byram right back, Firpo left back with Gray and Kamara in midfield if gruev is still missing. Ampadu was terrible in midfield first half and for me he is better as a cb.
A draw was a fair result in the end. It’s always important for a form team to at least take a point from any game where they play badly.
Cooper has been a fantastic servant for us, but for me, everything could yet align that like Ayling, we never see him out on the white jersey again for us Leeds. Not seeing Bill depart was bad enough…
Today he was shocking; it is not an accident that we shipped our first two goals of the year from open play. He wears his heart on his sleeve for the club but today he was closer to a yard short than just half a yard.
I would like to see Joseph start on Monday in place of Bamford. We can always swap at half time if he is struggling, but I don’t see how it can’t be only a postive move by Daniel Farke.
I don’t think we’ve played particularly well since Chelsea, toiled in the 5 games since…yet we got 11 points. Some very disappointing performances against Watford, Meslier, Gray, and Rutter to name a few and quite a few more that could be added. Tougher games are coming, need to be on it from the first whistle.
Morning all🌞. Ok, my thoughts:
Watford were excellent; apart from the fact that every team raises their game when they play us, Watford were fast, accurate, skilful, committed. If they play like that every week (they won’t), they’ll go up as Champions next season.
We were so off the pace 1st half, it was painful to watch. Ampadu was in the wilderness, we so missed Gruev disrupting their attacks and we kept giving away so much space on our right-hand side in front of Archie. I think Bamford had 2 touches 1st half, no-where near their penalty area. Watford were deservedly in front and, apart from a bit of magic from Cree, we could have been dead and buried by half-time.
But then, fair-play to Farke, we found a way in the 2nd half and like Farke (just listened to his post-match presser), I now think we won a good point last night. Whatever the results had been yesterday, nothing would have been won/lost in terms of the auto spots, and so we go again on Monday for another 3 points.
Just a thought on Coops. We must, MUST now play Amps/Rodon (injuries permitting) as our CB pairing for the remaining games. Coops has been a great servant for us, but his time is over. We looked much better when Firpo came on, Sam went to RB and Archie moved into midfield. It gave DJ some support on the right to build play. If we get Gruev back for Monday, I’ll be delighted.
Anyway, onwards and upwards👍
Really, really don't get why Farke brought on Piroe, surely he can see in training that the guy just isn't Championship quality.
Absolutely awful.
Issue purely due to tiredness and injuries caused by International break. Concerned that this rolls into Hull game.

Yeah that's why he's scored 41 goals in 2 seasons for Swansea
Excellent post, Real Estate, if I may say so…
Ref Bamford, he’s just not dynamic enough for a striker, seems to jog, plod around with no real consequence, whenever I’ve seen Joseph I’ve thought give this young guy a run as 1st choice….potential to be dynamic!

Piroe has been a big disappointment for me.
Never saw him much at Swansea so was impressed with his goal totals. When I've watched him this year he really hasn't done much other than the odd goal.
Almost like playing a man down. Good thing we were good enough most weeks to win anyway.
At this point of the season maybe the fresh legs of Anthony is what we need.
Had to catch up with the game this morning. Very poor first half and much improved 2nd.
Some of the players looked very jaded particularly our welsh players which is understandable.
Vital we kept our undefeated record going and onto our next Cup Final in 2 days.
Lets hope Gruev is fit as his absence was evident to the shape and formation of our team
Think Piroe hasn't been playing in his best position, yet has still scored 11 times
Actually agree about Piroe Lowfields - He's scored over 50 plus goals in less than 3 seasons, that's a good return at CL level as it's a very tough league.

Honestly don’t embarrass yourself with that nonsense
Isn't Piroe's preference to play deeper in tandem with Rutter?
