And Bamford needs to be benched.
Joseph has to start. Gnonto and Piroe also.
Bamford, James, Rutter to the bench.

Very much cb agree

The self-belief we had has vanished since the last international break and suddenly we look like the team who were relegated last season.
Unless Leicester implode worse than us, we will be in the same league next year. Perhaps that’s really our level mentally? The players seem too fragile in the head and one-dimensional in skills to survive in the top league.
Leicester lost….
Ipswich haven’t been amazing and have been grabbing late wins from average performances.
I just think we need a few changes to the starting 11
Gnonto for James
Prioe or Joseph for Bamford
Gruev is a deep DM, I’d like to see Gray in cm and Byram in at RB.
Rutter not been at the races since his injury. If hes not fit he shouldn't be playing. A lot of our chances usually come from him so we badly miss him at his best.
Give Piroe a start at 10
Cant decide if we are tired or not, we are still finishing the game strong, but we definitely not as sharp as was.
They had three at the back, so why not push rutter up top, at least try for 10 mins 🤷🏻♂️
Stevie wonder could see, their tactics, two attackers in between the centre half and full back, trying to block the pass to the full back.
so instead of pushing the players up, and trying to do something different for abit, we waste 30 mins, of Rodon, Ampt and gruev playing one twos with the keeper. What a complete waste of time.
Now lets get to the subs.
Far to late, James was nowhere sharp but stayed on for 80 mins.
And the Gnonto Sub, just sums up Farke. Took off midfielder, and the shape of the side is completely gone, whats the plan. At one bit, we had Willy, Sommer, Rutter and firpo in a space of about 10 yards out on the wing.
I heard an ex player a few months ago, say the game is that quick, and players are that fit, that when you come on, it takes at least 5 mins to get upto to speed, because all the other players bodies are up to speed.
Giving it away
And this really p.sses me off.
First half we had a free kick, in a really good position, out on left, five yards from penalty area. It ended up back at Keeper 🤦
I’d love to know how much time we waste with the ball. Looked a lot better in the last ten minutes, had those subs had an extra 20 minutes we may have fashioned a win.
As I see it there are 2 important issues, one the club can do little about other than protest collectively about the number of games played in such a short time, leaving players absolutely knackered, carrying injuries and not able to perform to their usual standards, form disappears…Leeds are a good example of playing too many games in such a short space of days.
The other issue is style of play, in my view too many forwards with similar styles and not direct enough.
Summerville, Gnonto, James, Rutter like to hold the ball, beat players, beat 2 or 3 more opponents…great when it comes off but too many attacking opportunities are lost, more so when players are tired and making poor decisions when to pass.
Tactics in my view have to change to fit in more direct players such as Joseph…he can provide speed with aggression which Bamford lacks, in my opinion.
Agree with LIW there is too much faffing about passing back and sideways around our own penalty area, the players to me seem frightened, being far too careful…a more direct style is needed and stop wasting time in our own half, passes down the wings, more often, would bring better results…too many ball players with similar styles are wasting attacking opportunities by running into dead ends.
for me it was down to Farkes use of subs.. again
I had a concern around Christmas time that he gets this stuff wrong sometimes... but then after the winning streak its east to forget.
think Farke had a mare last night.
Agree Spanish…if the subs had been on 10/15 mins earlier think we might have fashioned a winner…

yeah but Greenwood been sent out on loan pal, no one else who can take em, clearly down to the loans last night
Harking back to Bielsa's first season when we were 3 points clear of Shef Utd with 4 games to go reminds me this morning even if Ipswich win tonight the situation regarding our chances of automatic promotion isn't as critical as I immediately felt last night.
However DF has really gone down in my opinion over his decision making the last few games and last night's mostly nervous/scared in effective performance by the
team DF stubbornly kept on the field without changing for far too long mirrored the previous 3 games and I'm saddened to sense or suggest that Farke in spite of us having won 26 games this season may not be all that and I am struggling not to lose faith in the fella a bit like the curtain being removed in the Wizard Oz last night for me.
I worry now about Saturday and the remaining games as to what DF's team selection and substitutions if any will be but just hang on to the possibility DF may have gone to bed last night and at least reflected on his decision making and be able to accept responsibility for in a nut shell..... facking it up.
Therefore as I believe it's never too late to learn from your mistakes I'm going to give Mr. Farke a stay of exercution from thinking he's another Leeds manager to wilt under the weight of expectation and believe he will
now set the side up with a more threatening goal threat and I wait with baited breath for the team he announces at about 11.30 am on Saturday.
Today, as the steam has cleared from my head, hoping
Ipswich lose. And Farke gets his head out of his behind.
Uses his squad to better effect and gets this team back
on the rails before it's too late. We'll see.
I don't understand why he wasn't labeled one shot Daniel when we were 17 or so behind first, I would have thouhgt that might be nearer the truth!..
But he came through that stretch unscathed and has us within one point off the leaders!..
One point isn't 17 and like than there are enough games to pull that back!..
When the maths say cry than ok, but untill then give him a feckin chance!..
Germany
If you would have said we’d pull them points back at christmas, we’d have all snapped your hands off to be where where we are now.
But circumstances change, we have got 5 points from a possible 12 and not played well.
Let's obviously hope for the best and we're definitely still in the race for the autos but just incase we finish 3rd imagine that a miracle happens and we clinch promotion at Wembley.... wow and wow again it would probably be the most amazing happiest football experience most of us have ever had..... And then we woke up, but you never know.
LIW!..

And I have put up more than once little charts from about the 25th game showing Liecester 1st, Ipswich 2nd, Southampton 3rd and us 4th with 18 or so points between us and Leicester, and I asked why do people look at Ipswich in 2nd with about 8pts and Southampton 7pts more than us when there are enough games to catch first!..
And with now only 1 point what I've written up there as far as I see things still goes!..
