Ancelotti's Chelsea were far better to watch, and he wasn't included in the OP. Plus he has multiple league titles, CL titles and a host of success wherever he has gone.
---------------------------------------------------------
Choosing Ancelotti as one of the all-time PL coaches based on his achievements abroad is like nominating George Weah as an all-time PL player based on his legendary years at Milan and presidency of Liberia.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I forgot Weah came in and won the title with a record amount of goals scored.

Fergie never got close to a some managers points totals.
Throwing your cheque book about, fluking some generational talents in the youth system and a basic b!tch 442 formation gets you top spot apparently.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course it does ffs. What Fergie did exceeds any of the others by some distance. Fack me, some folks.
Why not Dalglish in fifth. Won with Blackburn and also one pre prem as well.
Thing is, "all-time PL" isn't really that long but if we're also taking in available resources, you'd have to give Pulis and Dyche the edge over Mourinho. Probably Moyes too, if you forget his half season at United (which was statistically not as bad as Mourinho's anyway).

I don't think Fergie consistently enjoyed the level of squad superiority that Guardiola has at City. In fact, from the point of view of number of points extracted relative to resources at their disposal, I'd say Klopp outperformed Guardiola in the seasons where Liverpool pushed City close (as well as the season when they won).
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Klopp did exceptionally well to balance the contradictory circumstances he faced, wherein he had an inferior squad to City but also had the bestest player in each position. Takes some doing, that.
"he still managed to win one more as well as win a treble with United."

But you did cite his achievements with Real Madrid and Milan as part of Ancelotti's claim, which is no different to using Weah's exploits at Milan to justify calling him a PL great.
