If you're right about his behavioural issues and he wants to try his best at Man Utd then yes.

But I don't want players that don't want to play for us, or can't be bothered to try their best for us.

Sancho has been reported as not wanting to return to UTD… whether or not he would change his mind if ETH goes!
For me he can leave he offered very little most of the time plus I believe most of what’s been said about his attitude!

When you compare his and Uniteds fortunes since going on loan, it makes you wonder where the fault/ issues lie.

3 goals in 18 games is hardly anything to write home about

Some people get carried away when it’s reported that a player has had a couple of good games, some reports are making out that Sancho single handily kept Mbappe at bay!

How many have outperformed him for us in that time?

I wouldn’t want to come back here if I were him.

Has he? I must have missed that. Surprised he has been quoted as saying that about his parent club. You sure? Big news if true.

defensively we worked well with Ryerson to limit Mbappe. Is he good enough going forward?. The answer is no.

Will always show one or two good moments in a game but not consistent enough. He wasn't even that good before ETH joined. Utd need to cash in now but no club will pay even half of what you paid for him

He parted company with City because he thought he was worth more than they were offering. So even then a hint of an attitude. Good player, but how good? Can’t see him back at United. Would be a serious misstep on both sides.

His performance was massively overstated tbh. He was good, that should be his performance level every week, it was a solid 8/10.

I doubt he wants to come back anyway, which means we should get rid. He can generate some income but his salary means I’d be surprised if we get more than £30m for him.

Chelsea are our best bet.

Would you have him back under a new manager. Fresh start ?

The problem here is, I read this article and feel the OP has this arrogance he wants to come back. It is high time we Manchester United fans wake up. He probably will be calling the powers that be to inform he does not want to come back to this shiiiit show.

I bet Sancho, a champions league finalist is there right now playing PlayStation, thinking how do I get back into a squad just flogged 4-0 by Crystal Palace 🤣🤣

Iv just had a look. It seems a Sky Germany correspondent has 'suggested- Sancho doesn't want to return.

Nothing from the player himself though, and the club have been meeting with him and keeping tabs, which seems unnecessary if he was deemed a problem, to be sold.

I woulsnt put too much stock in those 'reports'

Arrogance?

Iv no idea if he will return, but he is contracted and no bids have been reported so its very possible.

For the record I dobt even think Sancho has been "impressive" at Dortmund. He's put in decent performances that have caught the eye because he was serving up s*** for Man Utd.

Notice how Chelsea's Maatsen is also putting in de ent performances but generating no headlines, because he's not a utd player, he wasn't s*** at Chelsea and he's not English.

Maatsen has been spoken of very well based on his Dortmund performances.

Difficult to work out if the sourness is between Sancho and Ten Hag or Sancho and Manchester United.

I still think he will be sold be that to Dortmund or to another club.

He was very good in the first leg and better than Mbappe in both but one swallow does not make a summer.

posted on 8/5/24

Doubt he wants to come back for Conference footy over CL matches and starting every week.

Issue will be wages, but with a new manager who knows. Southgate dropped him from the England squad fwiw.

It’s a tricky one to add to a long list of tricky decisions regarding players at Utd this summer.

I'd have him back, yes. I am not convinced ETH knows how to deal with players who need an arm around the shoulder, like Rashers and Sancho.

Mbappe hit the woodwork twice, they go on and he’s the star of the show.

I don’t think Sancho actually provided a threat on goal at all? Tidy, kept the ball well, a lot of dribbles (mostly in the middle third), but nothing groundbreaking and Dortmund probably qualify if Sancho wasn’t playing,

I’m glad for Jadon, I’d rather he was playing and happy, but let’s not make out he’s anything special.

Agree, I guess it depends on the next manager. Lots of rumours of Southgate last night which would be interesting, Sancho has never really managed to break into his sides but maybe they get on.

Oh dear, if Southgate joins this means Maguire will be starting until he's 42
