Agree with all that, Jonty.
Good result and over the 90 minutes it was definitely a better performance than we’ve seen the last two games. Farke went for a solid team and played to not lose and we did that. Now we need to finish the job and win at home.
It’s hard with Rutter,Piroe, Joseph. On the one hand you’ve got a player who’s been great for lots of this season who can do things not many in the league can in Rutter and then you’ve got someone whos a great finisher in Piroe. Then on the other hand you’ve got an untested youngster in an already experienced team. The easy call is to play Rutter or Piroe upfront. But you just can’t get away from the fact neither of them have put in a performance as good as Joseph in the last ten games.its a big call but would he have offered less than Rutter?
I wish that Farke had given Joseph some more minutes after that Chelsea and Watford games. That was the time to start him, then it wouldn’t make this such a risk

I’ll probably get stick for saying this but I, personally, haven’t seen anything from Joseph that inspires me and makes me think he will make the difference. True, he did well in the cup game v Chelsea but what has he done in the league? I am hoping Dan James gets back to his early season form because he was on fire then. I am hoping the whole team gets it’s mojo back. We really need them at their best for the next two (hopefully two) games.

On holiday and couldn't watch it so had to listen on the radio via Talksport app. Sounds like we were the better side in the second half but got battered in the first. Think id go with Piroe and Joseph at home and rest Rutter. Not been the same since the injury.
