Yeah would have made it more comfortable but the chances weren't that good or high in number. More medium/rare in level and occurrence.
I would only keep
Butland
Yilmaz
Raskin
Diomande
Cantwell
Cortes
Danilo
Matondo as backup
Would keep but loan out king and McCausland
Would not be annoyed if Lawrence and tav stayed but not fussed.
I appreciate this is unlikely, it’s just how I would like it.
I’ve possibly overlooked someone but I’m on the pash in Egypt so fvck up

Some place. Get home around 5am tomorrow I think.
Marbs on Thursday.
Some buzz
Bernardo is a strange one. Plays OK but can't see us spending £6m+ on a cover player only. He could press on and get better of course but if I was as big a bloody minded pursestring cant as Lawwell I'd just say no and go find another Hatate at £1.4m, MOR at £1.5m...
11 million for him and idah is a big no for me.
they do not improve our team significantly enough to warrant that spending.

One spelling mistake. I made a corned beef hash of one word and that's my reputation ruined forever.

Aye, said this a wee while back. Decent enough technical player, if a tad slow. Just don’t think he’s that suited to Scottish “football”, and we’re never paying anywhere near the reported fee for a back up player. As JFK says, same applies to Idah … altho that’s mainly because he’s pash.

Pharaoh nuff mate
I would definitely take up the Bernardo option , seen real glimpses of brilliance from him . Enough to suggest theres a real prospect in him
He does lack a second gear though !
The Gers might just be signing a striker (I assume Roofe will be leaving plus Silva and Sima, who have played that position, could go back to their parent clubs). I'd love to keep Sima but I can't see it.
Guys in other positions will go and be replaced.

Sima and Sterling also.
Dessers is good enough to be the back up striker he was brought in to be
Also James Forrest on Saturday superb from a player we all thought was a pile of nothing this season .
Last 3 games hes been excellent , and weve needed his injection ( oh er) .
Also Maeda !! hes fcking rotten alot of the time but his work ethic is unreal - rewatched the game and some of his pressing and tracking is just incredible.
He closes down so quickly its really unsettling for opponents
He certainly nullifies Tav and affects his game , hard not to like the wee man
baffled by how little game time Bernardo get's, I think he's a cracking player
can't see us spending 6m on him mind you

could argue that was Forrests best game against Rangers
I thought him, McGregor and Maeda were excellent on Saturday

Given their best attacking option is their RB, I’d be asking questions if I were a Rangers fan.
Like, ‘why am I such a fat vvank?’ Or, ‘can I please drink out of your toilet?’

Totally agree on Maeda and Forrest. Having said that, it really shows up our abysmal recent winger recruitment, when a guy with minimal footballing ability and another years past his best are our stick-on starters at the business end of the season.
since forrest came back into the team, i've yet to call him a schitebag, which has been my biggest criticism of him over the years.
what about Ralston and his run up the park near the end of the game only for him to decide to try and weave some magic and take on the fullback
what a mess , it was like yer da out the back garden trying to show the weans hes still got it and makes a coont of it
