Nah, losing to Villa first time then West Ham and Fulham in the space of 5 games in December is why we lost it. Gave ourselves too much to do - if 49 pts from 54 isn't enough then it is clearly the fist half of the season that is the issue.

Spurs are getting beat 4-1 tonight. I've made peace with that. The players will try but City are just superior and will win at a canter. As funny as it would be to see Spurs get a result but get bored off by their fans, it's just not happening. Long live the king makers, making no difference to to the title race.

I’ve always been one to defend people who don’t go to games. In this day and age it’s out of order to have a pop at people for it.
But, people who never go to games and spend games arguing on a forum do certainly stick out like a sore thumb and I struggle to take them seriously. Some are okay, but many are just keyboard warriors who aren’t remotely loyal or supportive.

Liverpool at least try though. No bottle gets banded round too often in football, but playing for a draw that took the title out of your own hands really was imo. Can't go back to December to say that's when you lost it 😂 nearly as bad as the Liverpool fans who cry about pre season var decisions
