Just renewed our season tickets too. Feel dirty.
I think the other clubs saw the inevitability of the outcome and decided to row in with the majority. I credit Wolves with taking a stance that the vast majority of supporters would support.
The debate has prompted a host of changes to how the scheme will operate next season including only a high level of Var intrusion, quicker decisions, more communication and sight of replays in the stadiums.
Sky are running a survey to ask supporters whether they support todays decision. At the moment there’s 72% saying they were rather it was abolished

radio bulletins implied Wolves put it forward because we had a lot of bad decisions but the club made clear there were a number of reasons mainly involving the fan experience
Well, here it is:-
Premier League clubs today voted in favour of continuing to operate VAR in the Premier League.
While VAR produces more accurate decision-making, it was agreed that improvements should be made for the benefit of the game and supporters.
As part of thorough discussions at the Annual General Meeting, it was agreed that PGMOL, the Premier League and clubs all have important roles to play in improving the system and its reputation.
As part of ongoing work to improve VAR, six key areas were focused on as part of discussions with clubs:
1) Maintaining a high threshold for VAR intervention to deliver greater consistency and less interruptions to the flow of the game.
2) Reducing delays to the game, primarily through the introduction of semi-automated offside technology (SAOT) and the maintained high threshold for VAR intervention.
3) Improving fan experience through a reduction in the delays, in-stadium announcements from referees after a post-VAR change of decision and where possible, an enhanced offering of big screen replays to include all VAR interventions.
4) Working with PGMOL on the implementation of more robust VAR training to improve consistency, including an emphasis on speed of process while preserving accuracy.
5) Increasing transparency and communication around VAR – including expanded communications from Premier League Match Centre and through broadcast programming such as "Match Officials Mic’d Up".
6) The delivery of a fan and stakeholder VAR communication campaign, which will seek to further clarify VAR’s role in the game to participants and supporters.
It was confirmed in April that Semi-Automated Offside Technology will be introduced in the autumn of 2024.
The technology will provide quicker and consistent placement of the virtual offside line, based on optical player tracking, and will produce high-quality broadcast graphics to ensure an enhanced in-stadium and broadcast experience for supporters.
The Premier League and PGMOL will continue to lobby IFAB to allow greater flexibility in the Laws of the Game to allow live video and audio broadcast during VAR reviews.
Next key date for sustainability is June 30th. That’s when most clubs end their financial year so that’s when they will be judged on whether they have lost more than £105m over the last three years.
Speculation is that Chelsea, Newcastle, Villa, Everton, Forest and Leicester all need to sell players before the end of June to avoid falling foul of the rules and risking a points deduction
Hwang scored one for South Korea today in a 7-0 win over Singapore
We can do better than Hwang , once we get a new striker/s in do we keep him as squad player? not convinced from a playing point of view but we probably will due to S Korea links
I’d certainly accept a decent offer for Hwang but then if we sell every player who isn’t first choice then we’ll never have a big enough squad.
Che Adams looks set to be Scotland’s first choice striker for the euros. His contract at Southampton runs out at the end of June and despite them getting promoted the Scottish press still reporting that he will then sign for Wolves
I read yesterday that Forest are now in for him. So there is a good chance we miss out given our record competing with other clubs for these types of player.
Tom King made his debut for Wales last night. Good for our third choice keeper. Maybe he will step above Bentley in the pecking order
Chirewa is currently making his debut for Zimbabwe. Gabon play tonight which should see the Lemina’s in action
Seville are evidently interested in signing Fabio. Would probably be a loan with an option to buy
Bolla was released by Wolves this week and he has already found a new club having signed for Rapid Vienna

That was quick?
Just reading online about the Sherpa Van Trophy in 1988 where Wolves beat Burnley in the final. Wolves played 9 games to qualify for that final and we scored 16 goals in those 9 games and Steve Bull got 11 of them.
How I wish we could find a prolific striker for next season

Not sure he's the right one for us. If he was going to be the first choice at the Euro's, I'd have thought he would've got some game time yesterday.
Wolves are facing a transfer stand off with Atletico Madrid as they look to sign Portuguese winger Rodrigo Gomes. Looks a good prospect and can play in a variety of positions. Has both goals and assists in him and not a Mendes product. Played most of his games either left or right midfield and valued around 10m.
Gomes does have Mendes as his agent which has always helped us with bringing in Portuguese players
Diogo Jota was asked to pick his dream team to play with, from all the players he’s previously played with;
Alisson
Alexander-Arnold, Dias, Van Dijk, Cancelo
MacAllister, Neves, David Silva
Salah, Ronaldo, Jota
Would beat most opposition I reckon
When did Diogo Jota play with David Silva?
Surely it's Bernardo Silva?
Diogo Jota scored for Portugal tonight, assist by Nelson Semedo. They still lost.
Bouba Traore scored a cracker the other day

Indeed, I had to take evasive action to avoid getting hit by a couple in S2 of the South Bank.
He needs to ensure those in S3 start to take evasive action, at least he will be getting closer to the back of the net.
