A pretty dismal defence of it. Wouldn’t be surprised if Oman beat them

I do think we need to look at the coaching, captaincy and selection, though.

There’s clearly issues with the white ball teams. You can get away with it to an extent in t20 when you have Buttler and Salt opening, but we shouldn’t need to rely on that with the options we have.

If we don’t win this world cup I think Mott will be replaced, and he can’t have any complaints.

Morgan is a big miss as captain, Buttler just isn’t as good as a captain and it causes issues with the over rate.
