Guess it might favour England if we get a 10 over match.
Looks like the covers might be coming off
What a joke of a tournament, they moved it forward to the rainy season over in Caribbean and US because of the IPL, then they also favour India in every possible way. BCCI have the ICC in a vice, bunch of cowards.
They had loads of favours last world cup too like rest between games, less travel through India and a game at the end just incase they need to win to boost NRR.
How are you supposed to sell this game to the US market when the semi final will not be contested due to rain and no reserve day despite none metorligists like us on this thread knowing that rain was going to be an issue today.

The IPL organisers were complaining about England’s players leaving early, saying the players knew that the IPL schedule would run into the world cup preparations.
They facking knew years ago when it started and could have arranged their schedule to suit.
Whole tournament has been poorly organised.
Pitches in America were awful, no reserve days, playing it in the rainy season, games being called off at 3pm, low crowds.
Not exactly a good avert for new audiences.

Not about selling to the US, its about making sure India get whatever support they can to win this tournament, just like the last one, which they bottled...at home .
The American market won't buy into this rubbish
It stopped raining 15 minutes ago, all covers are off but there won't be an inspection for another 30 minutes.
Classic.

Starting at 16:45. No overs lost. The toss will be in about 10 minutes.
Let us hope Bumrah forgets how to bowl.

---------------------------------------------------------------------- taken more wickets this tournament than he has conceded boundaries. England have to get rid of Sharma early and limit Bumrah if they are to win this
They should just call it a 10 overs a side now as more rain is forcasted
