He’s the king of the CL. And really should have managed us at some point. It’s bizarre he managed Everton of all teams and never us.
He's definitely the greatest manager of all time for me, does in the biggest competition on earth again and again and again
Ancelotti has some magic on this cup. They can get completely outplayed for large spells but get a result. How they withstood the Man City pressure was a miracle. They hanged in there against Bayern and got a result away as well.

Still baffles me how he ended up at Everton.
Man City were the best team in the CL this season imo. How KDB bottled that chance against Real Madrid was a mystery.

Genuinely no argument against this. Before I argued tooth and nail Ferguson the best. But I have to be objective in my thinking. I am forever thankful to Ferguson but he really underachieved in this competition. 2!!

No nor me, was being tongue in cheek just because of his record in the CL.
On Ancelotti, thought he was a bit fortuitous tonight as they got their tactics completely wrong in the first half and were lucky not to get punished. On the whole though, he’s absolutely top class and it’s nice to see someone universally liked also be successful.
I remember Zidane missed the only Old Trafford game I went to and like 2 years 7 months later he had won 3 CL’s as manager.😂
When it comes to league titles it’s Pep. CL it’s Don Carlo no question. Overall as a coach Pep, but Carlo Ancelotti man management is unbelievable.
Ancelotti and SAF was the managers in the Unicef game.😂

He got his tactics wrong and Dortmund really should have scored in the first half. Agree with your second sentence though.
I hope one day we get revenge on Real Madrid for that supercup we lost to them.😂 Another game Real Madrid got lucky and somehow won.

Have a nap fella. They have won 15 champions league and we have 3. We are not same level as them.
Our fans are arguing about keeping a manager delivering Fa cup and minus goals.
Madrid celebrating 15 champions league. Carlo 6!

xG doesn't win games, goals do.
Madrid have only lost 2 games all season, both against Atleti, and one of those was in extra time.
That isn't just luck, it's what being the most competitive team in the world does for you.

Could not have said it better.
IOAG they have lost many games on XG but individual quality has won them the games. There expected points in La Liga was 77.38 but they got to 95 points. They lost on XG in every CL knockout round except the Bayern Munich one. Never seen a more jammy team. I remember the Liverpool 2022 final game, I was glad they won but it was like some miracle.
Man City had 34 shots and scored 1 goal against them in home game. KDB missed an absolute sitter as well. I was glad at the time as they were going for back to back trebles but they should have won easily.
Hafi, Madrid trailed twice in the City tie.
It took them 10 and 8 minutes, respectively, to level the scores.
City, on the other hand, spent almost 2 hours chasing the tie. In those circumstances, who do you expect to rack up the higher xG?
Dortmund were always going to falter playing at the pace they set themselves for the opening hour, and Madrid were always going to find spaces.
Look at the shot count and the xG for the second half.
Madrid won that game by going in 0-0 at half time - but if Dortmund had scored at any point, you can bet your last penny you'd have seen an immediate reaction.
