Aye, we also booted it out for a corner twice, when it's a simple ball back to Gunn

The way we are playing the now, it's almost as if we want Switzerland to have the ball in their own half so we can chase them down in the hope of winning it back rather than trying to play a bit and get the ball up there ourselves without lumping it

Having watched all the matches so far, I can honestly say that Scotland are the worst team that I have seen

Yeah agree with that.

As was the case against the Germans we just aren’t building anything ( I think weve had one nice sweeping move out of defence down the left that ultimately petered out).

I’m afraid having ‘intensity’ as our main asset just won’t cut it.

In my view we are MILES behind even the so called poorer nations in terms of ball retention and movement on and off the ball.

Not a great half. We’ve not had any meaningful pressure in their half. Passing back constantly as we can’t break them down. Ralston has to come off. I’d get shanks and Forrest on.

We’ve been marginally less pash than the first game, but our lack of composure and basic technique is just laughable at times. Fingers crossed we can get something out of tonight, but feck me it’s a hard watch.

And Gilmour hasn’t been any saviour. If anything we’ve lost mcginn’s fight in the midfield to make room for him.

BTW, we could do with something, anything from John McGinn. Been surprisingly anonymous so far in both games.

He's not been great, but he's got far more composure in there then anyone else we have, and we need that

Here we go, England fawning over Trent playing in midfield......first decent team they come up against, he'll get roasted in there

You know, Forrest might be a shout. Finished the season strongly and would offer us an added attacking threat.

When you watch it back Hanley's pass to Ralston is an awful decision before Ralston's howler

Absolutely, 100% agree....but for me.its evident that Ralston is not handling things well at all, he was a rabbit in the headlights in the Germany games and he's giving me the impression that if the ball didn't come anywhere near him again in this second half, he'd be more than happy

Ralston would probably have assumed that the 3 centre halves wouldn’t have been in a straight line. Hanley should have been deeper than Hendry. He should have looked first though.

Was Hanley that stepped up, made the interception and played the pass out, struggling to understand why you think he should be deeper

Was just a poor pass back, no one to blame but Ralston for that....but if Hanleys pass out to Gilmour was on the deck, the ball probably doesn't even go to Ralston
