INEOS are accepting a culture of failure by keeping this fraud.
I suspect our 4 signings will just be:
Dutch League CB
Dutch League DM
Dutch League CF
Dutch League RW

Once again you are correct - the Dutch have never produced world class players. Can't think of one off the top of my head.

Jose won two trophies in 2 years.
Clearly we should've given him a contract extension.

Greenwood and Sancho could end up bringing in 50/60m alone combined. Casemiro rumoured to be off for 25/30m as well.
We will have money to spend but I just hope for once we don't throw it away on dross. I'd Keep ETH out of the conversations personally.
Centre back - Todibo
Centre back - Chalobah
Left back - Kerkez
DM - Joao Gomes or Hjulmand
ST - Schick or Solanke
Aren't Fulham wanting double that amount? Probably go for something like 50m

No more signings from Chelsea and no to Solanke
Fulham have rejected £30m for Paulinha, and are said to want £60m.
Sesko has agreed a contract extention.
Kamara at Villa is a DM I like.
Gallagher at Chelsea would be a good addition.
Kudus or Bowen from West Ham would be quality
Maatsen.
Frimpong.
There has been a lot of talk in the papers about Neves here, and I suspect there’s *some* substance to the stories.
(Pinch of salt time) United have reportedly floated bids at least once and had their offer(s) rejected.
Benfica want his release clause (€120m) met if he’s going, and are trying to get him to sign a new contract with a higher release clause. He’s apparently rejected at least one new contract offer but is already under contract until 2028.
The lad is on peanuts at the moment, so will want either a huge pay rise or to move on already. I suspect he’ll be at Benfica one more season, with a new contract, before Benfica cash in on him. They desperately want their title back and the fans will go full meltdown apeshiiiiit if Sporting finish above them again next season.
€120m is ridiculous, obviously. But he’s the real deal.

Your problem with Sancho is that it will probably still register as a loss/small profit on the books
Greenwood pure profit. How much will you get for him from a skint team like Getafe? £15m? He's worth no but possibly not many wealthy buyers in the market for him. Even if Barca were interested it would be because he'd be a bargain.
Best bet for money is Casemiro to Saudi
Juve are apparently in for Greenwood. Looking at a fee of around 30m
€120m by the way, would probably nearly be enough to net us all of Gonçalo Inácio, Morten Hjulmand and Pote from Sporting’s title winning side.
Which would be a much better way to spend the money.
With Chelsea getting the Fulham lad haven’t they pretty much admitted that Chalobah has to be sold? If so are there even many clubs who want him to be able to demand a high fee for him? If not then go in low and walk away if they want more. He’s not essential but would be a very useful squad player.

If that was the plan we'd have been taking Ruben Amorim with them too. 😉
Inacio looks a player though for sure and could be the one for us.
Not convinced Branthwaite and Martinez is the right partnership personally.
Neves does look top quality, Bruno will be tapping him up all summer.
