24 hours left of the Tories

I think a lot of Labour supporters are going to be very disappointed with Starmer in the way they eventually were with Blair.

The UK has since 1979 and will continue to reject any serious form of socialism. Starmer knows that and it’s why he purged the party of anyone too left of centre. The only way Labour can get in is by sweeping up some Tory votes and keeping them. To do that you need to stay in the centre and that’s broadly what Starmer will do

Whichever way you look at it - the Tories have been in power in one form or another since 1979. It’s a capitalist free market economy and this country won’t ever really undo the Thatcher reforms that were put in place in the 80s

So get ready for Tory lite. As with every new government - it will eventually come unstuck. What comes after that is far far worse than Johnson or Sunak

What the world needs now is a purge of all the worlds tories.
Oh and love sweet love.

I don’t know Robbo, something inside me just feels we are in for a shocker tomorrow.

Hopefully none of those Reform morons gets a seat either.

I actually want one Tory to win though. The guy from Bread up against Farage.

Britain is pretty much a basket case now when it comes to politics, horrible slimy career politicians on all sides who are just in it to feather their nest
The way they tried to justify their actions during the expenses scandal tells you everything you need to know
Leeches

Even so, I still have a little chuckle every now and again when I think of that one Conservative MP who bought a floating island for the ducks in his pond and claimed it as expenses

It’s a historic moment in British politics when you consider the hammering the Tories are going to get.

I’m not one to ever write the Tories off because they’re so successful in elections, but it could potentially be the beginning of the end for them as a serious party if they react as mental to this defeat as some expect.

Still wouldn't be surprised if the Conservatives won.

Or, if they lose, they might go down the 'rigged election' route that has proved so successful for Trump.

I can certainly see Reform trying that if they don't perform as well as expected, given that they are the conspiraloon party.

It has for me. Although Trussonomics was a disaster, it actually worked a treat for me. Stamp duty threshold went up and I saved 6k two days before I was meant to complete on my purchase.

Starmer - Hamas Supporter
Sunak - Equivalent of Southgate
Farage - Neo Natzeei skinhead

These are the choices
There are also Lib Dems - last in power in 1922
Green etc

I think Starmer will win

Hamas supporter he’s a bigger Zionist than Sunak. The bloke went on national radio and told the whole world Israel had the right to stop food and water going into Gaza.

How is a Starmer a Hamas supporter?

The man who said that Israel had the right to cut off power and water to Gaza? Who told his MPs not to vote for a ceasefire until February? Who has refused to say he’d stop arms sales to Israel? Who has said that Hamas could never form part of a government in a Palestinian state? Who has said, quote, “I support Zionism without qualification”.

Very bizarre take.

I’ll be voting Labour today but not with much confidence. There are a lot of very stupid people in this Labour Party.

Reform all day long for me. The only party with a backbone and a proper leader.

Without any notification, I’ve been moved to a different constituency

It won’t alter who I voted for but I would have liked to have read about the candidates in my ‘new’ constituency beforehand

They are just Tories without the education and a trust fund. They would send us back to the dark ages.

Thankfully they are predicted to get 3 seats. 97 Less than the worst Tory party of all time which says everything about them. Obviously labour are miles ahead.

You have to be Gold Standard Stupid to vote for Reform in the first place. 😹
