What happened with them laughably suing the Premier League?

The hearing was supposed to be at the start of June but I’ve not seen anything on the results.

They don't have to release the results of the verdict apparently.

A City win would presumably result in a change of the rules but there's been no news on that.

Sounds like it was a completely frivolous action, but it’s made them look absolutely terrible so that’s a silver lining I guess,

There's a feel to Pep leaving City's playing squad in a similar state to how Fergie left Utd tbh but then again, City can always buy their way to success so you can never truly write them off.

As for whoever steps up. Arsenal have done amazingly well to at least compete at the levels set by Pep & Klopp. Whether Arteta actually pushes over the line remains to be seen.

Who else steps up...you can't really tell from the playing squads tbh. Chelsea's underlying numbers were top4 quality throughout last season but then they fired Poch

I still have us with the 3rd best squad in the league. It remains to be seen what Slot can do...so we're kinda like an anomaly for now.

Obviously having the finances to do so makes maintaining success a lot more feasible, but United and Chelsea have both suffered brutally trying to buy success of late. It's not a sufficient condition, but what City appear to have over us is a stronger organisation.

Yeah I should've added that City behind the scenes are a well oiled machine
