This is really sad news. I’d almost forgotten about his health battle with everything else that’s going on in the world at the moment. He was only 60, that’s no age at all and, as mentioned, played a great part in achieving success for City during that unforgettable period,

Totally shocked by this…. Shakey was and will be a real legend for us all.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of his friends & family.
Make sure you coach in the skies Shakey.

RIP Shakey, such sad news.
Thank you for the part you played in our rise from League One to Premier League champions, and also one of the greatest Leicester City home games I’ve ever seen, against Sevilla.

I was there at that match, the atmosphere was absolutely electric, he gave us an incredible night. What a great coach and a thoroughly decent human being

Shocked and saddened when I heard Shakey had been taken away by illness at such a young age. Absolutely fantastic coach and person in and around our club, RIP Craig.

Truly awful news. Really caught me cold when I heard this news last week.

A fantastic coach who was a big part in the most successful era for our football club. To win a league with two different managers shows what a great assistant and coach he was. It's a shame it never worked for him as a manager but he was clearly someone the players respected.

RIP Shakey
