not sure why those like me who call ourselves socialists are called "far left" - was heavily involved in the Anti Nasi League in the 70s and the press were always trying to balance the thuggery of of the National Front with our activities as "extreme". One of the things that helped us crush the fascists then was the active involvement in the Anti Nasi League by three great football managers, Brian Clough, Jack Charlton and Ron Atkinson. It seems that certain groups of Jews have no issues with Jews or Israelis using the phrase but do have an issue when it's said by Palestinians or their supporters. Is it because the way they use the phrase is being projected on the Palestinians and their supporters? Seeing what's happening in Gaza makes it seem so.
And it's ironic that the far right are protesting the killing of children yet support a nation carrying that out on a mass scale.

Instead of wondering why don't you just drill into it further and find out. Even if 90% of antisemitism recorded was not antisemitism (lol) Jews would still be subjected to the same level of hate as Muslims.

I dont get colour?? I dont care if your black, white or green!!! If you commit a crime then you pay the consequences. I "think" a lot of hostility has arisen due to the perception of "two tier British systen" in which if your white, support the union Jack and st Georges cross then somehow your considered a racist etc. This appears to be the perception, and people are rebelling against being labelled "this" and "that" when they are just proud to be English....which last time I looked didnt appear to be a crime.
Meanwhile the well publicised gangs and child groomers in Rochdale were known about, but, apparently in order to not upset the Muslim community nothing was done....so they got away with it, until eventually they didnt because they couldn't hide it anymore...apparently.
If you forget colour and religion, and just act on what breaks the law....I feel all this goes away.
