Bit difficult to distinguish the fact the criminals being released aren't sexoffenders when someone commits a sexual offence an hour after being released

So I guess they're not letting people already convicted of those crimes out early. But it's not like there's some kind of criminal code where if you're found guilty of breaking one law you're not a high risk for another.

Have they said that the released prisoner had been inside for sexoffences before his latest infraction or was he banged up for something else?

Do you think that matters to the poor woman who got assaulted an hour after his early release?

They HAD to release some prisoners. The stories of over crowding are absolutely terrible, people are killing themselves daily.

Is it good? No, of course not, but ‘tough on crimes’ Tories have wilfully let this happen for more than a decade, whilst also allowing the likes of G4S and Serco pocket millions and billions.

well yes, but why not release prisoners who are low risk to reoffend, as opposed to not releasing certain categories of prisoners because it's bad for PR? Why should they be letting out violent criminals and not upskirters?

Why are you so concerned about the minor offenders that have been released early yet show no concern over the actual MURDERERS and RAPISTS that have been released from prison over the years?

All your focus is on keeping a petty criminal locked up for another year or so but you seem totally happy that killers and molesters are walking our streets because their sentences have ended?

Mx4 want murderers and rapists released to make space for shoplifters spending another year in jail. That's what he is saying.

Looks that way, and then hope old ladies get assaulted to prove his ‘point’.

His complete disregard for the safety of the UK public due to us releasing murderers and rapists is staggering. Does he know the reoffending rate for raape, yet he is happy for them to be released at the end of their sentence when they could still be a threat to the public? He doesn't give a shiiiiit about potential victims that this will and does affect.

You've got to question why he is so focused on the release of petty criminals.

Seeing as it's the sole reported incident then yes it is only a single incident. There's also nothing to say this man was a convicted sexoffender before he was released.
