There are many midweek sets up the Christmas with revised Champions League, EFL cup and Championship games.

Great set result for Ginola with 60 pts already from 13 games. This is the 9th year of regular participation in KOP for Ginola and a high position is long overdue. Good luck with rest of season.

Got Finland - ROI right but miles out on the England result

I do generally seem to do better in the International breaks, these games seem to be marginally less of a lottery than championship games to me.

KoP rules are that any points deductions made during the season are ignored, but deductions stand if made before the season starts. So at the end of set 15b, SHU were in 2nd place and pundits who'd selected gained 30% of 60 (ie 18) points. If SHU are in 1st place after set 16 the points awarded will be 30% of 120 (36).

SEASON PREDICTIONS.
In addition the normal predictions players will make some SEASON long predictions that will gain bonus points as noted at time of entry.
NO POINTS PENALTIES given by PL or FL will be used for the purpose of this part of the game.
To qualify for the £20 prize players must still be playing in the main KOP game at the end of the season.

2nd part
As in previous years ANY points deductions by Prem or EFL will not be included in the bonus points or positions.

Sorry Emkriti. i know you and Dave do amazing work on this. The above 1st part is from the rules last year. 2nd part is shown on the season prediction page. Therefore, following the rules all points deductions from PL or EFL are to be discounted. Nowhere did it state that deductions stand before the season starts.

Long way to go for the season yet so hopefully no issues anyway.

I have just noticed the comments made above regarding Season Bonus with reference to SHU.
The season bonus points are decided by reference to bookmakers odds before season starts. SHU already had a 2 point penalty known before start of season and was therefore taken into account by bookies.


The RULE states:
*** NO POINTS PENALTIES given by PL or FL will be used for the purpose of this part of the game once the season has started.

This was intended to not have Penalty Points added during the season starting due to any new offences. SHU current points already takes into account the deduction already known before start of season.
The Championship League positions will be those shown as per BBC tables.
