Excellent result in the end.

Very decent performance overall given the obvious failure so far to refresh the starting eleven.

Kiev would have been flying after the last round and I can’t remember the last time we won a game.

Had the fear when I seen the starting line up. McAusland and Wright ffs. Two guys hopelessly out of their depth.

Can't wait until Cerny is fit enough to start, seen enough in flashes already to know he's comfortably our best winger. First time i've seen Jefte and after hearing less than complimentary reviews i was pleasantly surprised. Is it possible we've signed a LB who is actually a LW?

Seen lots of positive comments on twitter or people fuming Barron got taken off. Still young but he's Greg Docherty mark 2 at the moment, lots of energy, positionally suspect and almost too keen. Not happy if we rely on him as a main starter in midfield, he's got a lot of development to do.

Hes certainly our best striker right now. Which isnt great. But you cant knock the big mans persistence and effort.

Id stick Danilo out on loan for the season to get him fit. Bring him back in Jan if hes ahead of schedule.

Loan in/buy another striker in the meantime.

eventually he's going to have a season where it just goes right for him and when he does he'll bang them in.

i heard an interview with him at the end of last season and expected him to be a big whank, came across as decent.

Dessers does come across as a cracking guy.

If only the quality and consistency of his output was on a par with the effort levels.

He has some positive attributes but his lack of mobility and erratic finishing are the reasons hes with us.

He was brought in to be a back up/different option to Danilo but we have ended up totally reliant on him.

It will be interesting to see where we are with our CF position by the end of the window.

Danilo is a bigger issue than Dessers at the moment, we've our biggest signing in the last however long out for a year.

Now back but kid on back. Rumours he's still taking injections to allow him to train. So that injury likely a lot worse than we were told.

Calls to loan him out are madness though. Full rehab then reintroduced to the team.

So many with short memories or too young. McCoist/Hately/Parlane ffs all got pelters at various points in their Rangers careers.

Dessers goal contributions prove inarguably that he's a great player by our league's standards. Just imagine how good he'd be if he showed any understanding of how his feet are supposed to interact with the football.
