So the men get a Spurs like modern stadium and the women get a toilet?
Kash in there first, good to have you back on form ready for the new season
I half-jokingly said we should have both.
Just the bottom tier of OT, as it was in the early 90s, alongside a brand new stadium, would be amazing.
Not sure how feasible it is...
Jim probably scrapping in the top tier metal for more dosh towards the £2bn fund.
I'd prefer to keep the top tiers and get rid of the bottom ones. Newer aren't they?

Get rid of the bottom tiers and have it on stilts, to make room for more food vendors or parking directly under the seats.

Having it on stilts also future proofs it for any rise in ocean levels.

And the general trend towards taller, more physical players in the game.
Sounds like a nice idea, but I won't get my hopes up until they've consulted with Devonshirespur.

Also known as Levyshire on account of how in love with him he is
Also allows us to play in a full capacity OT until the new stadium is completely ready to move into, as the renovation and reduction of OT wouldn’t start until new stadium is finished.
Where will the go kart track go?

The entire bottom tier could be replaced with a huge hospital and rehabilitation centre for our squad.
You could have the Phil Jones Stand, the Owen Hargreaves End, the Mason Mount Stand and the Martial End.
You could have a swimming pool on the bottom tier and use all the rain water that runs off the top to fill it
Save money, simply keep the original stadium leave the leaks,do no repairs and rename it Mould Trafford.
Downscale to what OT used to look like before we started modernising it. I like the idea of being used by the female and youth teams.

Zero impact on matchday revenue either.
Once New Trafford is ready they may experiment the "hear man Utd but can't see" match day experience at a reduced fee. Match could be streamed live to the original stadium. If no one is doing this I want commission for the idea!

and the fact that that the whole project could take several years to complete. And probably wont get started for a few years yet.
Jim need to cost up a few plans and release some high quality CGI/VFX showreels of the main contenders for discussion. ASAP
