I think Neto got a bit nervous that his chance of a big move might not happen with clubs hesitating due to his injury record. So when Chelsea offered the chance, and the cash, he jumped at it

Pedro getting half an hour for Chelsea

Good to see that penalties are not going to be given anymore when the ball accidentally hits a players hand or arm, as long as it’s in a natural position. That should end the stupidity of needing to defend with the arms behind the back

sounds great, is that some sort of official direction? On Neto I don’t know if he really wanted to move? Such a disjointed club to go to anyway, And there is no reason we cannot do big things in the next few years, you have to aim high anyway!

Think Neto probably sees a chance to bring Chelsea back to life. But man, they are a disaster right now and the management choice seems insane.

Yes a change of ruling on handball passed to refs and VAR.

As for Neto I’m sure he loved being at Wolves but I do think he was set on being at a top club and I think the club knew it would happen this summer if the right offers came in. Suppose you’d question whether Chelsea are one of the top clubs nowadays, but it was looking like the best offer that was going to come forward

Wolves aren’t that far away from getting back to the levels Nuno took us to. If the Neto money is well spent we might be even closer

Looks like Fraser will be going to Belgium second tier with Zulte Waregem

I do wish posters would state where these rumors are coming from.

We've had Podence going to Greece, Sarabia going to Turkey and now Fraser going to Belgium.

At least I'll always include where it's from.

posted on 19/8/24

Well I won't because I frankly don't give a shat where the rumours come from and don't verify them.

Fraser is going to Belgium, Podence will very likely go to Greece and Sarabia will likely leave with a destination currently undetermined.

Olympiakos still saying they want Podence but that might not happen as the player has an offer from Al Shabab in Saudi

One player that hasn’t settled in Saudi is the ex Celtic forward Jota. He is keen to get away and the club have no wish to keep an unhappy player. His agent is Mendes who is trying to find him a new club and Wolves are being linked.

He was a star at Parkhead getting 28 goals and 23 assists in 83 games

Jean-Ricner Bellegarde (Wolves)
............. is one of many Wolves players we genuinely could not pick out of a line-up.

Ouch!! Don't hold back mate

Bit of a nonsense this. Joao, for example, may not have had his best game and did get booked, but he is without doubt a very good player. I would be surprised if there wasn't more than one midfielder on display this weekend that performed worse than Gomes.

I have to agree about Toti. Both he and RAN are better suited to a back 3.

Eloquently put, as usual from our Scottish nomad.

The article is utter garbage. Bellegarde was amongst our best players in the first half and I thought Joao was our best player in the second half. If Larsen’s header had gone on rather than been brilliantly saved they’d have probably made him man of the match! Toti and Ait Nouri were poor but Rayan didn’t make their list.

If half our team was the worst in the league then Arteta should be sacked for making such hard work of beating us. We were well in with a chance of a point for 5/6 of the match

I could manage 28 goals and 23 assists in 83 games in the Scottish PL and I'm an old, overweight, asthmatic.

Whether we agree with the ratings of WhoScored, I think we can all agree that they are entitled to their opinions.

Fabio couldn’t. And he’s young, fit, just not very good

Wolves continue to be linked with the Sheffield United centre back Ahmedhodzic. GON has said he’d like to bring someone in with Premier League experience so he fits that bill.

Jeez, that might be the most dumbed down and stupid rating article ever.
