It is on Sky press the red button, RAN just had fantastic run but no goal

Got it now, cheers bud 👍
Lovely finish think we are keeping Guedes
Not putting up much of a fight though are they Burnley?
no but it would be good to get a win under our belt
Pretty sure that's the first time I've had a wolves match on the telly whilst unblocking the kitchen sink. Anyway, both jobs done.
Sink unblocking, shat job. Good game on the other hand.
Strongest rumour of the day seems to be the Brazilian midfielder Andre from Fluminese. I get why we would sign him, insurance against losing Gomes if not in January then possibly this time next year, but typical of Wolves that we strengthen in the one area where we are quite strong.
Enjoyable game to watch and a comfortable win. Just what the doctor ordered after the weekend.
Burnley played some neat football but never threatened in the final third. So a pretty easy night for the defence. Ait Nouri looking much more comfortable and probably the best we’ve seen from Santi Bueno. Dawson makes such a difference, we can’t do without him. Lima outstanding particularly in the first half, what a great prospect.
Traore did well until going off injured just before the break. Podence had a good game as did Guedes who took his second goal superbly and showed really good pace.
Man of the match though was Tommy Doyle whose range of passes was superb. Get him in instead of Bellegarde at the weekend.

That is a bit odd
Andre does seem to be the main rumour. Does seem to be a quality player so should prove to he a good signing. But I agree if central midfield is his position then where does he fit in, unless of course we are losing Joao.
Sam Johnstone looks to ge a fine deal and the defender now being linked is Luton’s Mengi
Keeper is another position that we're not desperate to fill unless Sa is on his way. Does sound like we're signing Johnstone though.
O'Neil has admitted tonight that the window hasn't gone as planned, Guedes and Podence will probably stay. Interesting comments too here :
O’Neil: "The way we’re playing doesn’t suit the group as I potentially thought it would so I need to find a structure & a system that suits us
We’ve still got restrictions that other clubs don’t, things a proving tough for players that are moving for fees we can’t match"
From Nathan Judah
Is this a back track on a back 4. Hope so.
A bit different to last week when he was "not aware of any restrictions" and "hadn't discussed anyfigures on limits".
Restrictions that other clubs don't, indicates self imposed restrictions. Unless we are subject to some other undisclosed mystery restrictions it can only mean that the owner now wants a return on investment.

Quite likely. Frustrating but if we want the best out of RAN then probably necessary. Though bringing in Dawson and putting Toti to LB might happen, freeing up RAN.
I wonder after which Chelsea goal GON came to the conclusion that the way we were playing doesn’t suit the group?
Fourth? Fifth? Sixth?
We were a shambles defensively in the first half and could have conceded at least four, yet he changed nothing and threw RAN under the bus in the process.
Fosun Out!
The Andre signing if it goes through will make things interesting. 3-5-2 or 4-3-3 I guess would be the options then?
mosquera, Dawson, Toti
Semedo, Lemina, Andre, Gomes, RAN
Strand, Cunha
or maybe
Semedo, Mosquera, Dawson, Toti
Lemina, Andre, Gomes
Cunha, Strand, RAN
I dunno, still seems we are neglecting more important areas to me
Wonder what the Traore injury does to his chances of a move this window now
The 3-5-2 above could be pretty formidable, just wonder if Semedo would bring enough in an attacking sense with 3 midfielders not known for their attacking prowess. Lima would be a dream there in a year or two.
No indication last night of abandoning 4 at the back. Burnley offered little in attack though so we weren’t pressured at all
With Ait Nouri even allowing for his shortcomings as a defender, restricting his ability to get forward is wasting his ability. Rather have him in a more forward role than Bellegarde or Hwang
Shame if signing Andre restricts the opportunities for Tommy Doyle who was outstanding last night. But Andre was close to joining Liverpool so maybe a class above other players we’ve been linked with
