They’re playing with a very good gameplan to press the hell out of us. Our gameplan is to seemingly slowly play it out from the back and hope they slip up and then we can break. It’s a zero sum game

Eriksen on for Casemiro? I know he's not great defensively but we need someone who can play a few passes

Everybody will blame Casimero, but the one to blame is ETH. What is required of Casimero and Mainoo in a two player midfield is inhuman. Both are exhausted already. They play well and control the game when they get help from Mount or Amrabat (last season). Ugarte will struggle too in this formation.

We’ve had numerous opportunities to hurt them from winning the ball high up like they have. Difference is they have Salah and we have Rashford.

It’s not great but you can’t legislate for people playing ridiculous passes in dangerous areas

It’s not just Casemiro, Martinez did it twice early on but got away with it

They said he suited this game. Amad for his age is probably the calmest winger on the ball. No head down running always making the defender make a choice.
