R9 accepted the deal to sign for Rangers from Barca... was between us and Inter. the deal we offered him was apparently almost too good to turn down for Ronaldo.
We agreed to let him pick and choose what games on a saturday he would play in as well as an enormous wage. despite offering a better deal than Inter did he went with them as they had chased him for about 6 years.

R9 accepted the deal to sign for Rangers from Barca... was between us and Inter. the deal we offered him was apparently almost too good to turn down for Ronaldo.
We agreed to let him pick and choose what games on a saturday he would play in as well as an enormous wage. despite offering a better deal than Inter did he went with them as they had chased him for about 6 years.

If the PL had rejected the Glazer's leveraged takeover in 2005 (which they should have done) English football would probably look a lot different now than it currently does.

Alfie Haaland was an unused sub in Leeds' 4-4 draw with Everton on 24/10/1999, exactly 9 months to the day before son Erling was born.
