Of course he isn't happy. Nobody is happy about it. But he really isn't that bothered if he's resting his keeper and Amad among others too.

Its a bad night but I don't think adding two more games against Liverpool, Arsenal or Newcastle would have been good for us either. Not to forget we could finish outside the top 8 in Europa and that's another two games to play.

Something had to give.

We’re only in December and still need to manage a squad. He’s been off for ages and isn’t going to come straight back into 3 games in a week that’s all I’m saying.

He defo isn’t bothered, but I’m sure he expected better.
I just think 2nd half, we’ve been slow to respond to Spurs upping the pace.

Not a good enough defender. Varane really made him far better in his 1st season.

Martinez has always been slow and short. However, he has lost all of his bite/passion.
