He took Zirkzee off at a time we were well on top and we didn’t create a chance after.

Taking off Amad was another mistake.

Garnacho was poor 2nd half.

No but it’s not always as black and white as that. He was progressing and using the ball very well and making the right choices.

Not having a go at Rashford as it was right to bring him on even he did turn out to be anonymous but it was the wrong call by ETH to bring him in at CF.

I never had much before a ball was kicked. Going from 8th to 4th didn't seem likely to me given what we've signed.

We'll see, Baz. Xmas is an important juncture, if by then we're 11th or something similar or performances are poor then it will be a massive call for Ashworth to make.

Vengeance/plumpy, I’m not writing him off, I’m just not convinced right now. Certainly no thoughts of sacking him at the mo

SE85, criticises ETH at almost every chance.

Also SE85, refuses to criticise ETH for bringing in his favourite player out of position which killed any cohesion.

Even so early in the season, we can't afford to drop points in such games where we dominate and should be winning. And all it does is increase the pressure on ETH and the squad. We need points, we need improved performances, hopefully they are both going to combine soon

The table doesn't lie, but I think we can all see evidence of the team improving. Defence is a good bit better with Mezzy and DeLight. Ugarte stiffens midfield and Zirkzee kings the attack. We need a place for Rasmus, personally I would drop Bruno for a few games and try different combinations.

Performances are pointless if we are languishing in 11th

The worst thing ETH can do is to save his his job he abandons his philosophy, like he did last season.

We need to strike a balance. Either the leadership stick with ETH with the advice we believe in your philosophy, results will come, don't play any other way or they say results are equally as important as performances.
