Got to give Falkirk credit, the only team we've played this season who have given us a game.
Credit Falkirk but we shouldn’t have changed so many as some predicted. It’s scheite getting flung into a B team to prove yourself but only Bernardo rose above it and he’s arguably a starter. Like to see Valle again with the A team around him but first look he was too keen to dive in. Like Bernardo last year you can tell he has good qualities but needs the experience.

Kind of agree; but the result kind of justifies the changes. I wasn’t impressed with such wholesale changes as I’ve said earlier.
Thing is I suppose, how many times will we get the chance to let these said players show what they can do.

I don’t think ‘the plan’ was to call on the guys that came on other than Yang so I tend to think all it justifies is potentially shipping guys out. Palma is the biggest disappointment but then we don’t know what is going on behind the scenes.

You can thank me later for that perfect cross.
We're like Morecambe and Wise - without the sleeping in the same bed thing, obviously - well, at least not at the same time!
As per it's Hullo and Cheerio from me.
The Statler and Waldorf of JA.
Been oot there with groups in the wild past 9 weeks on the bounce.
Even I'm getting a wee bit scunnered.
Thoughts on our debutant defenders today? Hard to fairly assess them when chucked into a much changed lineup, so I don’t want be to be too critical, BUT …
Valle looked worryingly like Bernabei MkII on that 60 mins. I’m also calling sheit on him being 5’10”.
Trusty? Hmm. Hopefully just lacking match sharpness, altho based on today he ain’t going to be playing much to improve that. Heard “mixed” reports from Sheffield Utd fans after he left, but who knows? Kuhn looked meh initially and he’s now on fire, so fingers crossed we haven’t signed another Lagerbloke.
All in all I doubt that Taylor or Scales will be having a sleepless night worrying about losing their place in the team any time soon.
… BTW, the left side of our defence wasn’t exactly helped by having Palma in front of them. Think that might actually be his last start for us, he was that anonymous.

He pashes me off with the theatrical, dagnabit hand slap after he fvcks something up like he's trying too hard to look like he cares. Dunno, he's right off his main job with not a lot else to redeem him.

Yep, thought he looked pretty decent in his early appearances, but feck knows where that player’s gone? Been phoning it in for a while. 5th choice at best now.
too many changes in one go, i think it would be better to see these players get a run out when slotting in with 9-10 regular starters.
having palma in front of you instead of maeda will always hurt.
Said it yesterday, Ralston should only get in our team in extreme emergencies, it's ridiculous that someone of such limited ability has managed to play so often for celtic & scotland.
Welsh over Rocky is one i found odd as well.
I think it’s clear that Welsh and Ralston are not the quality we need. I suspect that we include them in our squad to satisfy the ‘home grown’ quota rules.
Palma- what can you say? Is he the new Mikey Johnstone? Based on his recent performances, he needs to up his game significantly or we move him on.
We were too strong in the end but fair play to Falkirk I reckon they would be decent in the top flight and give most teams a good game.

Falkirks approach was refreshing in that they had a go and played some decent football unlike the teams in our league who all come and sit in to keep the score down .That said we started with only 3 of our strongest 11 and as soon as we brought on another couple of our starting 11 we scored 4 goals in 14 minutes so hard to judge Falkirks actual level ??
some teams just dont have the quality to come to celtic park and score 2 goals.
some teams are just schite
and fat.
and are a new team pretending to be an old team, but the only thing they have in common is playing in blue and being fat.
I think they would offer more than say St Johnstone football and fan number wise
Welsh over Rocky is one i found odd as well.

I suspect Sundays game has changed that , Welsh was just terrible on the ball - there was one he just crossed the ball needlessly into a pool of Falkirk players with only really Palma out wide and Idah had came more short for the ball
I couldnt even work out who his intended target was. Ralston - well ....who doesnt see it ? hes pretty dreadful !!
