I think UTD just mentally exhausted from caring for Phil Jones… took a lot out of them. A HELL of a lot!..

I always felt far more confident with Varane in the team.

Yeah he seemed to have a calm about him and could read the game fairly well.

He retired 2/3 years back and got himself a nice pension at Old Trafford
