Well now that I’ve slagged him off, JZ is bound to bag a couple.
Sacrificing Amad, our most creative forward this season, wasting Garnacho on the right, and keeping Bruno, a force of negation, who destroys everything our midfield tries to build. Not a single midfielder has improved while playing next to Bruno: they start well, then look tired, and end up being poor. I am really worried about Mainoo’s future next to Bruno.

True, but they are also creating chances. Zirkzee has missed 4 “big chances”. The striker we were desperate for would’ve had 4 goals.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We have been facing strikers putting MOTM performances this year. Bad luck or average finishing. My only joy is hes actually getting into the positions. Hojlund was famous for never getting them.

I think the take from this though, at least in parts, is that we are creating chances with Zirkzee on the pitch. It isn't a coincidence. Putting a more clinical finisher up top doesn't necessarily equate to more goals.

Would probably agree that Hojlund is the more clinical of the two tbf. But overall I prefer what Zirkzee brings.

How’s his throw in techniques?
My first game at OT was also spurs, they were the cup holders as was tradition in those days Jimmy Greaves & Danny Blanchflower paraded the cup around the pitch before KO and to a man everybody applauded , what’s the chances of that happening today? We lost that day 1-0 a Cliff Jones far post header, What a side that was, Spurs became my second team, Hotspur? WTF? I only knew Uniteds, Cities, towns rovers and albions,
My body’s packing up but the memory still intact for now
My last visit to United and Spurs was the late Martial winner and the historical Jose ‘shush’ shot to the camera. OT was havoc that day.

Pace, skill, goals, and a lot more handsome (God makes up for some terrible injustice to his fathers looks)
Just arrived in my seat and seen the lineup. Happy overall but I think given the way spurs play I’d have risked Rasmus over Zirkzee, but other than that it’s probably as strong as we can go.
