Ah, there you are View. Well I totally agree with your comments although I must admit to feeling angry for a couple of days. We go again tomorrow night. Cheers. Terry in Spain πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ

MATCH DAY!!!!!!

Wonder if we might see changes tonight. Wilson for Nyambe, maybe Chirewa for Osborn, CBT or Harness for NML. Wouldn't be astonished to see a back three with 2 up top.

I'm expecting Nat Phillips to come in, can't be kept out for much longer. As it's unlikely to be at the expense of our CBs it's most likely to be a back three or N Phillips as a DM, something M Christie advocated on RD (listened to it after Ang's recommendation)

Having lost two in a row, expecting us to be set up not to lose so it'll be a very defensive approach.

Wilson
Nelson
Phillips
Cashin
Forsyth

Osborn
Adams
Kenzo

Collins
Yates

Or a midfield two

Adams
Kenzo

Jackson
Yates
Harness/CBT

Might need a keeper in there too Desi or it won't be a very defensive set up ...

I wondered about that line-up though with perhaps Chirewa for Osborn. Warne does have a lot of faith in the captain so it might take a lot to leave him out though personally I think we have a stronger squad this season and can afford to a wee bit of rotation when the games are coming thick and fast.

Just wondering if PW wants to give Osborn the necessary game time he needs and take him off second half for Chirewa. A good option off the bench for his pace along with CBT for a late second half assault.

Just over an hour to go before kick off and only 12 comments. Are we not looking forward to this game? Not entirely sure when we last won at Sunderland - they've always been a bogey side for us.

There is a pair of otters pottering about at the bottom of the croft. Gives a bit of context I always feel.

I have seen us win at Roker but that was in the days of Deano up front.

Cash, skipper. Pleased for the lad. He was a warrior on Sat.

Quite like that team. I suppose 5-4-1 with Wilson and Osborn on the flanks. Chirewa and Harness as a pair of number 10s?

Yep, great line-up, 5hit or bust

Not familiar with the Sunderland squad bar Patrick Roberts. Their left winger appears to be the biggest threat with 4 goals this season (R Mundle). They also have a 17 year playing, Chris Rigg as a no.10 who has played 7 games for Sunderland.

Liking this away lineup, can't fault PW by saying it's very defensive. Offensive RWB and LWB, Midfield balance will be the one to watch. How will the trio of Chirewa, Adams and Kenzo fair against Neil and Bellingham?
