It's good news he's available. It's always good news when players are.
The bad news is that he never seens to be dropped/rested when he needs it. That's on the management. I'll never criticise a player for making himself available.

And the ref/VAR officials get off with no punishment
In real time I’d give the ref the benefit of the doubt but VAR had no excuse for not overturning it.
It was a facking disgraceful decision. And even worse that VAR didn’t overturn it.

It looked worse than it was on first viewing but it’s absolute nonsense that they are now trying to stick with the onfield decision more often. Sort of defeats the purpose.
Surprised to see this rescinded considering VAR did nothing at the time which again begs the question, what is the fcking point of VAR?
30/09/23 - Ref, lino and VAR have absolute mare, disallow a perfect goal, 2 Liverpool players sent off.
29/09/24 - Ref and VAR have absolute mare, incorrect red at 0-1.
Spurs beneficiaries both times.
Mike Dean admits a player should have been sent off when he was VAR, but he chose not to tell the ref.
Mark Clattenburg admits he should have sent off 4 players, but had a pre-prepared plan not to send anyone off.
Spurs beneficiaries both times.
Spurs fans have often questioned the spending of Levy...
A year on from Liverpool being robbed v Spurs it's now United being robbed by a terrible decision.
Not surprised one bit. It is good news despite what some of our fans think.
It does however make an absolute mockery of VAR. What on Earth are they for? It was about as "clear and obvious" an error as you can get.
Another 3 points unjustly handed on a plate to Vartenham Varspurs. Someone is trying to manipulate the league this year?

It was a terrible decision but robbed?! don’t even think Spurs would manage to have thrown that game away 11vs11
.Surprised to see this rescinded considering VAR did nothing at the time

Yeah, i would have thought this. But there is precedent with MacAllister vs Bournemouth last year.
There should be absolutely no way clubs should be winning appeals against red card decisions with VAR in place, but here we are (and just to clarify the fault here lies with VAR, not the appeal decision). Utter incompetence .

It would obvious to even the casual viewer it was a slip and a flick out with nowhere near enough force. Peter Bankes should be punished for his lack of action.
We seem to be going too far one way with VAR, and then going too far the other. At the minimum Kavanagh should have been sent to review the decision himself, but the VAR should have enough clarity to say to the ref it was only a yellow.
A pretty obvious conclusion and no surprise for anyone who actually understands the serious foul play law, in my humble opinion.
Both can be right - not enough during VAR and the opinions of that review to say the ref got it wrong but enough for a different 3 man appeal panel to review and say aye OK. Grey area are gonna happen ffs.
It’s another problem with VAR though, there’s no escaping that.

Great, so now I've got to watch Fernandes stink up the pitch for three games that I thought I was getting a break from!

Spurs get a ridiculous amount of bullshiiiiit decisions.
Honestly, it's the right decision to overturn, but I would have gladly played the next 3 games without Bruno, just to give other things a try.
Just feels like we're dragging out the whole ETH saga
