The Glazers took over nearly 20 years ago and have been properly at the helm since Gill & Fergie retired 11 years ago.

INEOS have been in charge of the footballing direction for the equivalent of about 30 seconds by comparison (about 1.32% of time the Glazers have been around, if we want to get a little more specific).

It's not about giving anyone a 'free pass'. It's about not being a total numpty and rushing to judgement on INEOS when Ashworth, Berrada & Wilcox have barely organised their office spaces yet.

I got months of abuse for apparently not knowing what I was talking about from the usual ETH wetwipe brigade. They all know who they are.

They looks bit stupid now though and are resorting to passive aggressive digs at me. It's absolutely beautiful how much it's wound them up and how I actually knew what I was talking about.

Worst start to a season since 1989. Even worse than last year when he also broke that record.

It's painful how they still can't come to terms with the fact he's rubbish.

I don't feel I need to have a fixed opinion as something as changeable as football. It's an up and down ride and I react to it.

We are all going to suffer equally the longer he stays in post anyway. The only winners here are our rivals and they all would love for him to stay another few years. That says it all. 👍

The result at Villa was one of our best results in recent history. They are a top CL team who just beat an even topper CL team a few days earlier. If you don't keep a job for getting a result against one of the best teams in the world away from home then you'd be massively hard done by.
