Has anyone warned these people that if they don't sack Ten Hag, SE85 will be done with INEOS?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They'd be skating on very thin ice is what I actually said and I stand by that.
How can we judge the Glazers and give them a free pass?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
More lies from SE85.
Actual words typed by him on Aussies articles:
The standards at this club are so so low right now though that you could well be correct. Put it this way....if he's still in charge for Brentford then this INEOS era will have lost me already. I won't have any faith in them whatsoever if they can't see we badly need to change things.
Then he calls RR a liar
--------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No offence 52 but you were ETH in for ages then you made an article about how he had to go and then you flipped again after the final.
More flip flops than Copa Cabana beach. đ
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Completely true. But I see no shame in it
I don't feel I need to have a fixed opinion as something as changeable as football. It's an up and down ride and I react to it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Most sane people do change opinions when presented with new evidence.
Well colour me absolutely-not-remotely-surprised-whatsoever.
Unless things go consistently horrifically pear-shaped results or performance-wise, I expect he’ll get to Christmas, at least. The management won’t want to appoint an interim head coach mid-season unless they feel they really have to.

Fantastic news. In INEOS we trust
Before the FA Cup Final I thought he should go.
After the Cup Final I still thought he could still go. Letting him go wouldn't have been the wrong decision really.
Keeping him on also wasn't the wrong decision. If the club felt he could carry the feel good factor into the new season then that was a good enough reason for me. I know we expect people to make cold, hard decisions but sometimes, especially in a game like football, emotions do play a part as well. I wouldn't want to lose that.
At present it seems it was the wrong decision. If it were up to me know I'd replace Erik. Having said that I'd be delighted (and surprised) if he turns it around. United doing well is more important to me than being right.
what does it mean, that they wont be sacking Ten Hag? Until what and when. Or has he got the job forever. If he loses the next couple of games it will be groundhog day for him all over again and Im pretty sure they will have sack him then.

He's on thin ice isn't he? I feel if he stays now we'll be back here again next international break.
I think it’s easier to understand why Berrada and co. aren’t so excited about replacing ETH once you realise that a) *he’s already an interim manager*, b) the technical team will still be establishing what they’ll be aiming for in terms of sporting development (and so what kind of coaching staff they’ll be looking to appoint to eventually replace ETH’s team), c) ETH has already implemented some of the kind of changes they’ll undoubtedly be looking for (a press, playing higher up, controlling games better through possession), meaning that in terms of footballing development we’re going in the right general direction, and d) the exec has bigger fish to fry at this stage in its tenure.

He is very lucky we have Brentford at home next game. The game in Turkey could be a problem for him. Plus we have games against teams around us in the bottom half of the table coming up which if we dont do well in them United will drop like a stone in the table. Hes under a lot of pressure. We need to see sustained progress and a run of better results now till Christmas so we are in a position in January to challenge for the Europa (and Conference spots). We are a long long way from that atm. We will also mis Maguire over the next few games.
I'm not surprised. No he isn't doing a very good job but INEOS clearly made the choice to keep him and back him over the summer which means they need to it time to fruition. Add the cost of sacking him at a time where we really need to be careful with our spending and I can that for now INEOS aren't going to sack him anytime soon.
That doesn't mean he is immune from the sack but I think INEOS will at least give him time this season to show what he can do.
I know it's a different era but can you equate Ten Hag's 2 year plus tenure at Man U to the first 2 and a bit years of Fergie when he took over from Big Ron in November 86 and were there calls for Alex Ferguson to be sacked in season 88/89?

Guy's complete moron. Just a level below that aussie baby on levels of knowledge of football and life in general by the looks of it x
I wanted ETH to stay after the final.
But I have another reason now. The back team staff have done something we all wanted, signed yoing talent.
And I think ETH has shown to be good introducing young players to the first team.
I'm looking forward to seeing the class of 25.
If we're still in the bottom half after 10 games he will be out.
I think most United supporters think that Ten Hag should have been sacked by now. (Those that I know anyway)
However the fact he hasnt been sacked yet doesnt take anything away from what INEOS are doing since the takeover. Their restructuring programme of the club is exactly what United have been crying out for for years and hopefully it will finally see the end of Glazers ownership of the club. Thats what all this is about isnt it? (I would like to see a timetiable for that day though). INEOS have got themselves in a right pickle over Ten Hag though by backing him in the summer because we beat City. They have just got the wrong guy as coach. That's obvious. But they cant bin him so soon after backing him. So there is a lot of hope within United that ten Hag 'comes good'. They are going have to get themselves out of this one sooner rather than later.
BBC doing an article on him every 5 minutes. This time asking what the silence on it means. Lol

I think it’s easier to understand why Berrada and co. aren’t so excited about replacing ETH once you realise that a) *he’s already an interim manager*, b) the technical team will still be establishing what they’ll be aiming for in terms of sporting development (and so what kind of coaching staff they’ll be looking to appoint to eventually replace ETH’s team), c) ETH has already implemented some of the kind of changes they’ll undoubtedly be looking for (a press, playing higher up, controlling games better through possession), meaning that in terms of footballing development we’re going in the right general direction, and d) the exec has bigger fish to fry at this stage in its tenure.

what does it mean, that they wont be sacking Ten Hag? Until what and when. Or has he got the job forever. If he loses the next couple of games it will be groundhog day for him a going in ll over again and Im pretty sure they will have sack him then.

Has anyone warned these people that if they don't sack Ten Hag, SE85 will be done with INEOS?

I might point out to him that despite all their faults the Qataries would have sacked him by now.

But I thank you for the shout out RR.
Once again you were wrong weren't you and I was right. You don't seem to be taking it very well. đ

You think I was wrong in saying consistently that on balance I thought ETH should have been replaced at the end of the season? Are you ETH-in now? Or just a very confused individual?

I wanted ETH to stay after the final.
But I have another reason now. The back team staff have done something we all wanted, signed yoing talent.
And I think ETH has shown to be good introducing young players to the first team.
I'm looking forward to seeing the class of 25.
