True Robb, some of his passing is excellent, and he's working harder.
Definitely worth his place.
He played well on Saturday and is still one of our best crossers of the ball.
The PL website shows that he has only created 4 big chances though - which sees him in 10th spot. Saka has created 12 big chances.
If you look at the chances created table (not big chances) then Andreas Pereira is 2nd in the league just behind Saka.
Marcus has certainly been more involved in games recently, but he still has a tendency to carry the ball to far or run into a dead end. There's definitely improvement there though, which is great to see as it appears he was on a downward spiral.
I think all any of us want is an on-form Rashford working hard and performing to a good consistent level, rather than having one great game amongst a load of mediocre ones.
We all remember that great purple patch he had, but the rest has been pretty poor. If he can produce somewhere not far off that purple patch, then of course his place in the team will take care of itself. But it's always been the consistency factor and just having too many poor / indifferent games that has been the problem
He got big-upped by Shearer on MOTD.
It wont get massive headlines because it was a bottom half clash
You can tell it's autumn, Spurs fans are still a bit giddy before their inevitable downfall and potless season.
I actually prefer him on the right, he seems to have lost that ability to cut onside and get a shot off, as well as beating his full back,
As mentioned he’s still created chances this season, Maybe we’re just seeing him adapting as a player and need to stop expecting him to be a direct threat.

Worst ever PL start for United and still only 2 points behind Spurs.
as a defender I'd prefer to go against Garnacho than rashford.
Garnacho is as predictable as any average winger, rashford actually has skill and will make you look silly.
That being said, if rashford consistently had great work rate, I'd be happy with him. It's his laziness that bugs me, that should be an absolute minimum for any professional footballer.

Hmm, not sure about that. Show Rashford outside and more often than not he runs into a dead end. Sometimes he gets to the byline and causes problems, but if you can slow him down a bit, you can usually get enough men back and the move breaks down.
Not sure what’s predictable about Garnacho. He can go inside or outside.
His biggest issue is that he’s putting the ball into good places regularly but nobody is there. He needs to look up before crossing and, equally, our other attacking players need to keep up with him and get onto the back post.

He's hyped a bit too much by United fans.
He's good yes, but not that good on the wing.
Id much rather see him at striker position to be honest. Endless energy, score with both feet, decent runs and positioning.

Yeah, leaves are still falling and the clocks haven't gone back.
Come Xmas when all the Spurs Dads have to feign happiness when opening their Tottenham socks it will be a different story.
