Well behind Brighton overall? There's 8 games gone this season and they've never finished above us in the PL.

Villa are a better side than us now fair enough but saying Brighton are well ahead of us as a team is just sensationalism.

Step one in breaking any curse is accepting the existence of said curse my friend…

how have Chelsea's total sheeetshow approach some how worked out better than United's? How have Arsenal the OG banter club managed to turn it around? How have Liverpool got it right by appointing what most saw as a Temu ETH?
------
Chelsea trusted the process. Arsenal trusted the long process. Temu ETH walked into a better squad and stable club and will also trust the process.

How do we lift the curse? Picking the right manager would help.................

posted 1 day, 2 hours ago

We had what we called 'the dark days' at Man United the day Busby packed it in in 1968 that lasted until 1992.
However we still remained the biggest and richest club in the land with the biggest ground and most supporters attending games throughout this period in which we won just 4 domestic cups.

They way United solved it was by employing a magician who sprinkled magic dust on young and some good and some average players. This will be how we exit this current dark period by finally employing the right manager that the players and supporters will die for. Ten Hag clearly isnt this manager and never will be. The search will continue. Meanwhile cmon you reds.

So basically, pick the right manager

The curse usually gets broken every 40 years or so. Mangnall to Busby to Fergie.

We've probably got a couple more years to go yet.

Because the decision makers at this club are clowns who then seem to appoint even bigger clowns. So the club is basically a circus, and even with that it fails to entertain.

It goes without saying.

Ask Villa fans. There is no rhyme or reason as to why a manager just clicks with a club when introduced regardless of financial backing by owners etc.

I have always said that picking a manager is basically down to luck. They could have a great pedigree previously, but then it just doesn't work out at one club or another. And of course, some managers reach a level and can't get any better than that - just like players I guess.

There are only ever a small number of top class managers available at any time, and most of the time clubs will end up with a manager who isn't quite up to it (I mean at the highest level), so most of the time you will pick a manager who isn't right

SAF wouldn't have half the dikheds on our team.
Bruno
Antony
Onana
Shaw
Eriksen
Casemiro
Mount
Zirkzee
Rashford

To name a few. Not one of them would have lasted or would be good enough for SAF as they're either a bunch of cry baby cants or just not good enough.

Of course they would be. He would sprinkle his magic dust over all of them. Think of the average players he turned into winners. If Ten Hag could his players working for him we wouldnt have a problem. He cant.

Bruno would have been the first to go I'm sure of it or he would have been dropped so often he would have left anyway. No way SAF stands for his whiny chit.
You can't make Casemiro and Eriksen good players, they do not have the legs to compete in this league anymore.
Mount, Shaw, unless SAF has some healing powers, .....

Zirkzee, SAF would not have bought this bloke, end of story.
Rashford, would likely be a bench warmer.
Onana would have been dropped after single handedly getting us knocked out of the CL last year and single handedly making us lose many points in the PL.

Fergie would never have bought Cas or Erikson.

Rashford and Bruno would have been legends under Fergie. Esp teenage Rashford.... Smikes was full of mistakes when he started as was Degea. Its all down to his magic dust

I have fond memories of de gea being dropped for a long spell after just a couple of fack ups.
Onana has facked up about 50 times more than de gea did in his entire united career already, and still sits in between the sticks.

Rashford and Bruno legends.. hmm. Maybe.

Fergie had a dream where he saw 25 fat cows followed by 100 emaciated cows. Pastor Hagee interpreted the dream as 25 years flowing with milk and honey followed 100 years of acute famine and empty cabinets, a barren wasteland.

We lost our mojo when The Great One left. We can only hope we land a true Wizard soon, to sort out this mess.
It will happen, but exercise patience.
