Sheep early season form has certainly set the cat among the pigeons. If they can keep it going on Wednesday night, so much the better.

The Jambos seemed to have turned the corner and are on an upward trajectory. No injuries today please. 3 points and back up the road.

Hibs don't have a Scottish player in their team. Only one in their entire squad. 4 English and 3 Australians in their starting 11.

In fact, there are more Australians playing in today's Edinburgh derby than there are Scottish players.

Thelin looks relaxed and his results so far could get him a move though Rangers fans thinking they can just flash their knockers and he'll come begging are fooling themselves. cos the gig is not what it was.

Long way to go - I remember Morton topping the league at this time in 1979. Could be tough today after Euro travel. Nice to have both teams play at the same time because it rarely happens these days. Coϲk your head next to a tranny all afternoon!

Haven't watched any of the Edinburgh game yet, but from reading look like a load of keech

Aberdeen will fall away, its inevitable. Much improved from last year but second place is best they can hope for and even that is unlikely.

Not really I'm pretty Zen about our chances of anything much this year. The negativity from some Bears and media is something else right enough

Dessers benched, keeps Raskin and Barron in centre midfield, Souttar rested I'm assuming...and Tav dropped, about bloody time!!

Only complaint is that I'd like to see Bajrami played in the number 10 role, think he would be far more effective in there than out wide, but Diomande it is

Yup, no mention of why Souttar is out, a knock? or rested?

You looking for one?

Topically, it is interesting he's not captain instead of Johnston today.

Understand the need to use the squad, especially around Euro games. Always riskier doing it in domestic away games though, altho both Bernardo & McCowan have shown some decent stuff this season … Jamesie not so much.

John Souttar is rested due to the number of games he's played recently - the medical staff told the manager there was a risk of the centre-half picking up another injury if he played him today.
