We played very well last night considering but let's not overlook they had €170m of talent injured - thank fook as Simons would have torn Taylor even more new ones than he already has. Sesko €50m? Bossed by Trusty.

"Not sure why people are worried about Villa.
Celtic will do ok there. A win or a draw for us is not out of the question.
John McGinn not in the same league as McGregor or Hatate.
Certainly won't be a thrashing."
As well as we have been doing, it's not a place I want to go to needing a result for the playoffs. 2 wins from the home games against Brugge and Young Boys should surely guarantee it. Maybe even 4 points will be good enough. Zagreb will be difficult as much as BR now has a template for "getting a result" away from home.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed. But I'd rather go there than quite a few other places.

And even last season I said there was a player in Kuhn
Even welcomed the return of Rodgers.
Scoffed at. Hang your heads in shame.

For me the most pleasing part of last night's game was the way we controlled it for the last 20 minutes when we went 3-1 up. I was expecting the usual collapse and for Leipzig to come back and get a draw but we played with real maturity to see the game out. The last 2 CL games have been really pleasing.

The wee pitch invader last night looked about 7 years old. Far too young to be at the game on his own. Makes you wonder what the hell his parent was doing letting him run onto the pitch

Still buzzing about that last night, the pressing for the second goal was brilliant, something we seemed to do all night and hunt in packs. Many times in the past we would have seen teams and some quite crap Euro teams pass through us with ease, hopefully this is a marker now and a thing of the past. Very pleasing was that the intensity didn't let up once we made all our subs, and fair play to Yang, he showed up really well last night as well 🍀

Yang was excellent. I noticed as soon as he came on that McGregor was right in to get him up. His first interaction with play was typical Yang but after that he was excellent. Great footwork, awareness and link uip play
