Yoro isn't starting. Will probably be Lindelof there, but actually wouldn't mind seeing Maz as the right sided CB - more than capable I reckon.
Are we sure he is just going to try and copy and paste his team form Sporting and mash our players into those positions? Is management that simple?
Good grief, that line-up looks so weak and awful.
The defence is garbage - even though there is no real indications yet about de ligt being either good enough or not good enough, it's clear the other two are not up to it. But, I suppose, on the up-side, none of them would be as bad as dalot or lindelof
Casemiro should NEVER be selected in any serious game - and they are ALL like that.
Amad also has a long, long, way to go.
Sad to see that only 3 of those outfield players should even remotely be considered as starters.
That'll be fernandes, garnacho, hojlund (for those that are struggling to keep up), and hojlunds automatic inclusion is (at the moment) based purely on the absence of alternatives.
It's stating the obvious, but things are really not looking good.
, it's clear the other two are not up to it

One hasn’t even played a competitive game yet
With Lof in for Yoro, I think that’s a possible lineup Robb. I haven’t seen any reports suggesting Yoro is going to be ready, and there’s no way he starts his first game back anyway.
Amorim has preferred Quenda at RWB this season, and although he still likes to go outside (like Santos on the other wing), he’s left footed, so he’s not averse to playing a left footed RWB with a left footed inside right (Trincão).
As such, think there’s an outside possibility that we see Garnacho at either LWB or RWB.
However, I expect he’ll start a little more defensively, and we’ll see Dalot and Mazraoui in the wingback roles with Nacho and Rashford both benched.
The only other question is in CM, and whether Amorim thinks Casemiro has the legs for his game, because he’ll want two box to box players in the double pivot (eventually, at least).

Yep. I use 3-4-3 on EA FC 25. Even if I use Barcelona or Bayern Munich, all the way to the Italian teams using Inter or Juventus or even the PL with Everton or teams such as Accrington Stanley, the 3-4-3 never fails me. Management really is this simple. I'm not sure why more people that are good on games like EA FC and football manager don't apply for manager jobs. Piece of p!ss
For once the international break has come at a good time for United. Gives Amorim a little time to settle in at at Carrington.

Definitely the best time to sack a manager/bring in a new one.
We play Ipswich after this god awful international break (Australia play Saudi Arabia in a crucial qualifier in an hour so wish us luck). You’d assume we’d play 343 so I wonder if this side might start/be the best one…
Onana
Yoro De Ligt Martinez
Maz Casemiro Ugarte Garnacho
Amad Hojlund Bruno
I’m not sure how good Garnacho would be as a left wingback but online he seems to be in all the line ups so perhaps that’s something he’d be good at. And maybe I’m being rash putting Yoro in the line up but maybe he’ll do an Antony and be great in training in the next week. How would you all alter that?

Ye that's what I meant. I even had him on the right in my little team
Greenwood is a much more gifted technician and manipulator of the ball than Rasmus so I don’t really see that being on the right - especially in a role in which he’d be expected to go inside where the game is more congested and intricate - would benefit Rasmus or the team. He’s a talented young CF that needs time to develop and improve his game at CF.
Amad should definitely be the right sided attacker. Interestingly, Mason Mount’s best season for Chelsea was in Tuchel’s 3-4-3 playing in the left of the three. We might see Mount & Amad off of Rasmus and Bruno & Ugarte as the central midfield pairing.
That would certainly be our most energetic formulation in those positions and could meet the intensity requirements Amorim places on those players.
To follow, based on who is currently available, maybe:
