Half the charges are over not 'supplying information'.
Business deals require at least 2 parties and both have to agree to sensative information to be shared.
Also it's not been made clear what the questions were and who was asking them.
PL committees are made up of top figures from rival clubs, I'm sure they were desperate to get their grubby mitts on our business strategy

City's argument to the APT rules is quite honestly hilarious. They are claiming it's anti competitive to not allow them to do it.
Funny that they can't see the other side of the coin that by allowing it would be anti competitive to everyone who isn't owned by a country.
Genuinely the most ridiculous football club in the entire world.

So many clubs not particularly happy with various rules that they bend or break them.
Maybe it's time to look at the rules again, come up with a new set of PL rules. Let the clubs then decide if they want to abide by those rules. Great for the ones that do, for the ones that don't let them find a league that suits them.

I would argue that the once "Pride of Europe, top of the North" has now been decimated to 11 years of mediocrity, holes everywhere in the stadium, and kitchen condemned with rats, is more of a ridiculous football club in the entire world.
But hey, some people are concerned and some are celebrating 4in-a-row, a Treble requiring the beating of Bayern, Madrid, United, and Inter, Centurions season, Domestic clean sweep, 5 trophies in a calendar year, etc, etc..
You'll never sing that.
