Not sure I'd be playing Casemiro in another consecutive game. Looked very leggy today especially in first half when game was still relatively tight.

Bruno alongside Ugarte again potentially with Hojlund
upfront?

Not expecting a result but I hope we actually put in a good performance.

Garnacho almost guaranteed to start with all the rotation. Would also be harsh to drop hojlund for two games after a match winning brace...

Any idea if Toby Collyer is back in training? Would like to see him in the DM position along side Ugarte at some point. Good engine on him and gets around the pitch.

Any team that doesn't have dalot anywhere near the starting 11 is fine for me

Could well be. Seems like Ruben loves to rotate and I don't think a brace for Rashy and Zirkzee means they keep their place either. Competition is healthy.

Be great if we could get a result midweek but I'm more interested in the performance and effort still at this stage.

I would not really say a huge test for him. This is his 3rd game.

As long as we go out there and give a good account of ourselves, I will take that. Anything else is a bonus. This is a side that will be challenging for the title we are facing.

I'd start Casemiro as I think we could well be sitting deep so he'll be useful. He'll also be useful defending set pieces. Rashford and Hojlund to provide pace up front and Marcus does have a decent record v Arsenal too.

Does his context expire at the end of the season? The club has a decision to make that’s for sure. It would just be nice to have a manager that improves players, even by as little as 10%. Sometimes minor adjustments all over add up to an awful lot more than any major signing. Would be great to have genuine options again. Cannot remember when we last had that; probably 2009/2010.

I don’t think Maguire’s contract should be renewed. Will be 32 by the end of the season and has become injury prone.
