I don't want to get my hopes up but you can't help it

Good few weeks ago a lot of us somewhat checked out on the idea of us winning anything this season under Clement.......we are now seeing some green shoots of improvement from this team but that's all it's been, would still be a big upset and a huge surprise today if we lift the trophy

The one thing I don't want to see us do is $hit the bed....against Spurs we pressed high, kept it up for most of the game and chased every lost cause.....in the first old firm game this season we did the same for 10mins, then 1 through ball that led to an offside disallowed goal frightened the crap out of us, we $hat the bed, dropped back and from then on it was pretty much a cake walk for you

If we drop back and give you space, it will kill us...we need to get at you, take risks and don't be scared to commit men forward more than we have done in these games....yes we run the risk of getting caught short at the back, plbut the other option is just to sit back and let you crawl all over us, and we've seen what happens when we do that, the game just ebbs away, we concede and lose the game with a whimper

Big Phil promised we’d see the real Rangers in Oct/Nov. Seems he was at least 4 weeks out with that Prediction. However through some self imposed mentalist decision making he has experimented with a huge cast of contract rebels and B-Team rejects in an effort to find his best team.
So I expect him to tell them it’s Thursday and set up as follows:

Butland

Tav, Sterling, Souttar, Balogun, Propper, Yilmaz, Jefte

Diamonde, Barron, Raskin,

Cerny, Hagi, Bajrami

Danillo, Dessers, Iganame

A lot of folk purring over "how good we were" against Spurs.......against better opposition we would have been punished for some of the mistakes we made, and we also failed to capitalise and get a killer second of even third when we were on top.....all before Dessers sitter

So aye, we are capable of winning it, and winning it well....but we are also capable of getting absolutely horses yet again

Hence why I'm cautiously optimistic

Think rangers definitely more confident after last 2/3 weeks but hoping Celtic play well - which will mean a win for Celtic 🤞

If the game was played four weeks ago, Celtic would've hoovered Rangers. Rangers have found a bit of form and most of their players are playing well.

This is the real acid test for both, on paper the Bookies have it right, but these games can be decided by one mistake.

I reckon a really tight match that'll be decide by penalties, and we all know who's the best at them

Think those odds pretty much reflect everyone's thoughts at this stage. Fortunately the game is played on grass rather than paper so an upset is always possible
