Might check this out but things like this make me afraid that it would turnaround me into a proper gambler as I have an addictive personality and I've seen what it has done to some people

Although I'm hoping this line means it's not going to suggest going crazy.

I have bet Spurs @1.7 and Anderlecht @2.2 today

Learnt my lesson now. Will stay away from gambling as losing control

This is exactly what I did, about 30 years ago now, and haven't once regretted it.

I'd actually been very lucky with my gambling up until that point, so there was nothing really to make me want to stop.

But then I saw a bloke at work lose his job and ruin his marriage over gambling debts. The fact he was a data analyst alerted me to the dangers of thinking you know more than you really do.

The obvious advice for people who do like a flutter is to only ever risk what you can afford to lose. Easy enough if you don't have an addictive personality, but good luck sticking to that rule if you do.

All that aside, this thread's been fun. So many winners make you wonder how on Earth the bookies are still in business.

But for a 90+5 penalty to Juve where they equalised with Venezia I would have won close enough to 5k
