Yeah but I will be making some changes/improvements when I have it next season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're going to get Ben to do all your calculations like you do with kops?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Would it be worth having a punt at Balotelli this January?
Very talented player

Obvs......
But they were not convicted, let alone tried for rape.
This is a standard case of putting yourself in danger.

Why did security not ensure she was looked after until she was safe to go home alone.
"However, a security firm employee working at the nightclub told the court that she had been in need of an ambulance.
Gayle McGregor said: "She wasn't in control of herself. Her eyes were rolling in her head. She couldn't stand up straight. She couldn't speak to me properly. She wasn't compos mentis."

"95% of cases where people think they were spiked were simply 'too much alcohol'"
This. People saying they've had their drink spiked with literally no evidence at all apart from 'I must have, I don't remember anything'

Agree with that spurgs.....was gonna say...lot of places have SOS buses and that.......
However.........clubs rarely take responsibility as soon as you are off their premises (no legal obligation to either...just leave it to the cops etc) so you can't blame security anyway.
95% of cases where people think they were spiked were simply 'too much alcohol'
Putting yourself in danger shouldn't end in a payout.
Not saying they aint filth for taking advantage either

Agreed but, the clubs/pubs are happy to let you drink as much as you want and then throw you out when you've had too much. Happy to take the line that you've mentioned, no legal obligation once off the premises.
They have a moral duty though and the number of deaths, murders etc resulting from cases like this should lead to a change of some sort in the law. Not sure what that change could be though but something really needs to be done about the current culture of downing shots until you can't stand.
